Change: Keep Your Eye on the Ball!

Labor Day is here and with it a significant season of change as summer comes to an end with fall just around the corner. Change has a way of bringing stress to our lives leaving us feeling anxious. Today I give you three things to help you "keep your eye on the ball" in order to deal with what looks to be a very busy (and stressful) fall season.
