So just to be clear a calorie is not a calorie if it's sugar because it makes you eat more. So how does the 150 load of calories from sugar cause a 7x chance of diabetes? Is that more eating later on?
It's not that it makes you eat more per se, it's that sugar has a fundamentally different affect on insulin which disrupts metabolic function which influences one's risk for diabetes.
