Two games not on this list I was looking forward to were “the diabolical adventures of Tobu” and “Dead Phoenix.” The first was supposed to be like a steampunk Nights: Into Dreams for Ps1, while the second was a game for the GameCube and featured pretty interesting visuals.
Dead Phoenix was the reason why I brought a Nintendo Gamecube until I heard it got cancelled. It was going to be part of the Capcom 5 but unfortunately it's the Capcom 4 as only P.N. 03, Viewtiful Joe, Killer 7 and Resident Evil 4 were the only games released on the Nintendo Gamecube. A damn shame as it never showed up at E3 2003 as IGN speculated that it would've been retooled as a Kid Icarus title as Nintendo end up licensing their IPs to 3rd party companies like Capcom and Sega. RIP Dead Phoenix.

That Goldeneye remake can be played in it's entirety today if you have the Xenia emulator or have a JTAG Xbox. It's great! It's better than you would think.
I never understood why ppl felt so sad about Scalebound....the first E3 demo showcase gameplay in 2015 run extremely poorly on Xbox One and the 2nd shown in 2016 (footage showed in this vid) with that boss battle just wasnt up to Platinum Games golden standards.... Yes MAYBE the game would have turned out good in the end but based on those 2 gameplay vids, it looked nothing special...it kind of had that DMC feel to it but without the speed/action and great looking gameplay

Man it was painful to hear about Battle Front 3, 1313, and Half 2 ep 3 again. Though who knows maybe in the future someone out there finds a demo of these games (regardless if its a beta or alpha build) and releases them for emulation. Much like how Castlevania Resurrection recently was brought back to life. Along with other games like Magic Castle and Dinosaur Planet had been found and they were final products like they were scrapped at the last second.
I literally clicked this video just to see whether or not Starcraft Ghost would be on it and in the first few seconds you did not disappoint. I was so hype for that game but I knew it was going to fail. there's a lot of leaked screenshots and gameplay I don't think they were even halfway through making it
I'm going to include the Lost, a 2002 game about a mother descending into hell to save her daughter if I recall, Fear Effect Inferno, and the sequel or at least spiritual successor to Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. There was going to be a fan made game called Five Nights At Roxy's-Pyroillusion that was supposed to be released by the end of May 2019. The only problem was that the developer behind the fan game said lots of issues came up with it and never said anything else about it :(......
