    YES, DNA TEST SHOULD BE MANDATORY! How would you as a woman feel paying a bill that is NOT yours for 18 years? You would be livid and fighting to get it cleared and you would also demand a refund. Child support is a hustle for a lot of these breeders. So irresponsible!

      Sad, but true. I was nearly in such a situation. She got pregnant after disappearing. I was in the process of getting a divorce by abandonment, when she called and told me that she was pregnant and that the state would be coming after me for support, even though she did not put me down as the father.
      I had DNA testing done to prove it wasn't my baby, but the caseworker said that if we'd been living together and I'd been raising the baby as my own, I'd still have been on the hook even with a DNA test proving it wasn't mine.

    This discussion is very inappropriate to be quite frank, due to no male participants in this discussion. I want to know how men feel about paternity fraud and how it affects them. However, we live in a feminist society that allows some women to victimize men by eluding them to think that they are the father of their children/ child. furthermore, I understand that the government wants to save money. but, it shows that the government is inconsiderate and down -right selfish .

    I encourage a paternity test at birth. I have seen too many cases were guys were paying child support for 18 years sometimes up to 25 years only to find out by paternity test or by the ex wife that its someone else's child. In some of these cases the guy was never compensated for his pain and suffering or his money.
    Even one man recently went to court with evidence that a baby wasn't him paternity test included and even tough he wasnt the father he was still ordered to pay child support of go to jail. The responsibility is on these women running around naming whoever as the father after one of their escapades. The woman should know exactly who the father is, but lets not kid ourselves nowadays too much sleeping around that's why I don't trust women fully anymore too many have disappointed.

    • @BenjiPOTF
      @BenjiPOTF 9 років тому +3

      Even for court cases or any extent polygraph tests should be accepted as evidence. since there is a small margin of error it should still be valid as supporting evidence.

    A woman has a gun pointed at her head. She is told that she must give more than half of her income to a man who claims he became disabled from syphilis after having sex with her. He stays home with his disability while she slaves away at a job she now hates, knowing that more than half of the fruits of her labor will go to him.

    I've not listened to the entire video however, I hope at some point they discuss that there are multiple victims here. The child has a right to know who his father truly is. The child has a right to their genetic heritage, for medical reasons as well as other genetic inheritable traits that we haven't even discovered yet. No one is served by a system that perpetuates a lie. The true father has rights. The true father has responsibilities.

  • @MasterC2121

    Paternity tests should be mandatory. A child needs to know his father for his medical history and overall well being. The way things are now a man can sign a piece of paper and potentially take another man's child. The cost should just go with the cost of the birth certificate...if the woman can't afford then no man's name goes down on the birth certificate.

I think you need to have an actual contract with a person before you have a child with or by someone. The only way to stop any of this is to take money completely out of the equation.

We need to keep in mind that this rampant paternity fraud by some of these women out here is not just hurting the fathers it's also hurting the children who will have to grow up and deal with the joking and bullying from other people who suspect their fathers are the real dad and also the trauma these kids will have to go through when they finally do find out the real story. This is tearing apart not just the black community but America in general.

    See how unfair women does think, the one in the grey & the one in black suit. (1) the man may not know the child is not his and paying for another man's child but it is the mother who should face accountability for her actions that she lied & cheated. (2) once the years had past before the man find out the child it's not his the money he spent should be hit on the mother for living a lie, taking money under false pretenses, if the real father can't be found but... once the dna shows who the real father is then its him to pay back the money to the man that was jumping up his money the whole time the mother would not have to pay once dna father is found

    On the part where you debate "paying him back". The part the one lady is saying no... what she is not thinking about is that he was DEFRAUDED by the woman. Let's say you are paying for a service, let's say car insurance. You never needed the insurance but find out the agent never enrolled you in insurance and just pocketed the money, would you want THAT MONEY BACK. You didn't loose anything and willingly payed it. What is wrong with letting the agent keep it.

    100% yes they should be given. IF you truly believe in equality and fair and equal treatment, then Men should have the ease of mind automatically knowing that the child is theirs, and it is also important to know what one is genetically prone too, which also shows in DNA, even when a woman is correct in who she labeled as the father, doesn’t mean others in their family did as well and she could very easily have incorrect information for medical reasons. There are many pro’s and no legit cons to this. The only women I have found so far who don’t agree, are the ones who don’t want to be found out one way or another. If you're with someone who disagrees with this, get the kid tested asap and or do not Marry them. My own father didn't treat me like his cause I, and my full blood brother came out white. My father is mixed, he divorced our mom for "Cheating" even though she hadn't. Years later when DNA testing became available she got a court ordered test, and at the age of 12 and 11, the tests came back at 99% and 98% his. Because we were at the age of not wanting to be around him anymore because of how he already treated us, he never paid a dime, and ran from state to state away from child support, again this was after he already alienated us with the belief we weren't his. My brother was a white copy of our father, and I looked like my grandfather (Scottish), his father, was cloned and I was the result. Our grandparents however said from day one we were his and looked like copies of him and his father. Our grandfather filled the role of father to us, and was appalled how his own son treated us.

    The woman in the red Jacket is very intelligent she has great understanding about life an some of men are so weak an niece an has a great heart an great values they can be easily to be taken advantage of an she know that all men know that every man just don't know what the system is an there need to be classes taught in school about the ways an problem that dealing with these situation if they can teach sex education in school an how to put on a condom these topics should be mandatory for all schools to teach these subjects why not ? Because the child support making billion of dollars on the ignorance of weak male that don't know how the system works they never was taught these things so I say If the school can teach students about how to put on condom an take birth control an the human sex organ are taught in school child support must be taught to in school an any topic dealing with it I enjoyed the beautiful women in the red Jacket her third eye us open
