A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!🎉My new year started from editing this video with a glass of Champaign😁 There are so many ways to transfer cakes but this is the method I use most often. Let me know if you have an additional question about the topic (Plz comment below separately so that I won't miss it!) Cheers!
Excellent démo. Having the explanation with the visual was really helpful. No one ver told me to make a V. No one ever told me to make a V. Thanks so much.
thank you so much!! You saved the day I got this beautiful ganache on top of my cake and then I thought oh my goodness. how am I ever going to move this layer cake to the cake tray? thank you thank you, thank you. you're the best! the best!
I was thinking the same thing, I'm making my first German chocolate cake for my friend's dad's birthday and was wondering how the heck I'm going to transfer this thing into a box without messing it up. So glad I looked for this tutorial
Hi Aya, I'm a pastry chef in the making and absolutely love your videos. They're really helpful and you do a great job of explaining everything. I'm hoping in the future you'll do a video on piping techniques as it's something I definitely need to work on and would love to hear all the advice you have!
Fantastic video! You explained and demonstrated that so well. I’ve had trouble in the past with this. I once spent two days making and decorating a unicorn cake, only for it to slide off and splat on the countertop when I lifted one side too far. To say I was upset is an understatement!
I often like to spread small amount of soften butter or buttercream on one spot on the middle for on a few small posts and place a cheesecake on top. It avoids the slip once it gets chilled.

How do you stop a cheesecake slip around on a cake board please
