Céline Dion is a Canadian national treasure. A true talent. She was stricken with a disability that has left her unable to perform, and I hope she finds the strength to return once again. Would love to see her back on stage.
You true have to see Celine perform live to understand how great of a singer and performer she is. Her performance of Think Twince at the world music awards is next level
Celine is one of the big voices from back in the day. Her Whitney and Mariah were the holy trinity as vocalists. There are a lot of talented vocalists today, but it’s hard to be truly blown away by anyone after living through their era, especially Whitney, who imo, is the greatest vocalist of all time.
This track was from Celine's very first English language album "Unison" and it gave her international fame! Her voice is a force to be reckoned with. She has this unique ability to move the listener when she sings. Even her husband (now deceased) said in an interview that when she sang to him - and she was a young girl back then, he had goose bumps and became teary just hearing her. That's her star vocal power. Her Unison album has some fantastic songs and powerful vocal moments. In 1996 she won "Best Pop album of the year" with "Falling Into You". She is affectionately called the Golden Voice of Canada. Imo she is an international treasure 😊
your amazing for reacting to this - i was born in 1993 and auntie celine dion was always in rotation in my house. You should react to “the power of the dream” - her performances are amazing !!! shes a gem - voice of diamond
Whitney Houston + Mariah Carey + Celine Dion = The Trinity of the 90s Diva! I'm glad you got to react to Celine Dion. She also has a huge catalogue of songs to react to! Welcome to the rabbit hole and enjoy the ride to her music, lol!
@@diannaw3034Lara Fabian does not belong on list sorry Lara is a very good singer of course even Lara HERSELF would tell you that Céline Dion is way better singer than her she has said so in many interviews and Celine IS the idol of Lara Fabian vocally
@@lenstgelais7376 Ooooooookay Len! 😬😬Let's just agree to disagree!!! Of course Lara is too humble to ever slot herself in with these divas .. but let me just say this.... her many.. many.. many fans would beg to disagree.. and would most definitely put her in that category! Anyways... it's a preference.. and that is my preference and how I see it. You don't have to!! 😒Geeeeesh!!!! 🤭😅
Love your reaction to Céline. You definitely have to react to her live performances. Céline is one of the greatest voices in music history, and member of the world-wide known *Vocal Trinity* . Céline is currently 56yo, with a career spanning over 4 decades and her voice is still top notch. The song you reacted to is part of her first album in English called *UNISON* , which was her crossover, since her native language is French, with which she began her career in the early 80s.
Celine Dion .. one of the best Famele Singer in 90's .. and she is one of the vocal Trinity .. aside Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston. she also a biggest female artist in 90's
@@MariahidolYou are correct, she was born in 1968. But I recall an interview where she mentioned recording the song and video when she was still 21. Either way, she was just a kid! Time flies!
Written by Robert White Johnson and Taylor Rhodes. As for Rhodes, he, Steven Tyler and Joe Perry wrote Crying 😢. The album Unison was a crossover into the English language.
This was one of Céline's early English recordings. She's from Quebec and her earliest recordings were in French. Not really surprising her name would sound familiar, she was a pop superstar on the level of Whitney Houston in the 1990s. Probably her best known track is My Heart Will Go On, the theme from the 1997 blockbuster film Titanic. She had a long residency at one of the Vegas resorts. Unfortunately these days she is off the scene musically, having been diagnosed with a rare neural disorder. A documentary film about Céline begins streaming on (I think) Prime next month...
Please react to Celine dion - Where does my heart beat now live 2016 in Las Vegas. You will feel that the same voice even also more emotion, because of her late husband who passed away in that year
Chase, Celine Dion had a massive hit with the song 'My Heart Will Go On' which was the theme tune of the 1997 film Titanic. If you have not seen the film you should watch it as it's based on a true event i.e. The Sinking of the RMS Titanic that struck an iceberg and sank on 15 April 1912 in the North Atlantic Ocean.

Thanks for getting to my request so quickly! Celine was just a 21yr old baby here in 1990. This was her breakout hit!

In addition to the Titanic theme song, you might have heard her doing the theme song for the Disney animated movie Beauty and the Beast.
