Hi, i bought an amana blade for my saw stop (24 tooth though not like yours) and noticed it is about 4mm undersized from the sawstop blade ... I had to tighten the brake adjustment screw to the point that it feels tight and had to bring the blade closer to the brake than the recommended 70 thou .. i had to use a credit card (about 30thou) rather than the provided yellow tool , in order to get the "adjust brake cartridge" code to go away ... Have you experienced this with amana blades ?
