So I regularly do the chest fly machine at 120 kg (265 lbs) now. I wanted to check out bench press today and found 60 kg (133lbs) to be already quite a load. Isn't that weird...
Taneja bhai, plz explain about half squat v/s full squat with all technicality involved. There is so much controversy between these two form of squating.
Bench press is compound exercise and chest fly is isolated one. There is no comparison. You can leave fly once but not presses.
