Design lovely in theory. Where would you put your clothes/suitcase even for a weekend?Pots, pans, sheets, towels, jackets, shoes, papers, books, just ordinary life stuff. If this designed house is a rental for weekend would be a mess but o..k. However, not a practical house to actually live in. I have a small 730 sq. ft. house. A full closet for me and a full closet for my husband. (2 bedrooms) and several armories to give neat storage. A hall way open coat rack with above storage. Kitchen open racks to hang pans (Ikea kind of thing). Industrial 3 tier sink, table for chopping, pastry dough and storage/bar below. Open shelving for dishes, glasses and pantry. Simple and open style but can be ship shape with lots of personal touches for warmth and real living. Love industrial design but, practical living ideas would improve these plans.
Is the cost in elegat finish? Would this design fit in 180sq.m. lot? How much would it cost now? Do you design and build too? Sorry too many inquiries ako. Quite interesting kasi mga designs nyo, ang sarap tumira sa mga bahay nyo.
just a comment.... yang ganyang style ng roofing ay talagang madali yang ilipad ng isang bagyo na katulad ng Odette, lalo na kung ang mahina at mumurahing contractor ang gagawa.

I guess you send this to a local architect and discuss what's missing and work it out. Thankful for the design concept though. Great job!
