I love it ♥️, the exterior is awesome, love that fireplace on that deck and the pool with a lattice panels around it, the entrance and the living room where the is, a palm tree backsplash along with that beautiful fireplace, the kitchen and that brick for a backsplash between the cupboard and cabinets, love that pale blue ♥️ the bathroom and bedroom, the stairs w/ a runner on the steps, the bathroom w/ a brick backsplash and the floor with that design, both bedrooms with that unique backsplash, absolutely love that pale blue through out the home ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I love it. The stackable washer/dryer need to be moved over closer to the back entrance for ventilation but otherwise, great layout.

Yes the pool needs a fence around but the railing could extend the pool . But I would absolutely love to able to own this home . Wonderful job .

Very nice, and you got 3 brms in! Fridge is near the sink and the door opens into the kitchen. Nice eye for detail!
For a plethora of reasons, the pool should be in the back, not the front - privacy and the security for homeowners, public safety, easy access to the bathroom (where the towels live) and laundry without dripping through the whole house, you will need a fence and a shed (for pool maintence supplies) and those will look better in the back, you could never get insurance for the pool in front like that, and the codes might even forbid it . . . There is only one reason to have the pool in the front - to show off, but it is not worth the downsides at all and could backfire!
Now that that is out of the way - my goodness gracious, this is a great house! Every amenity is provided, nothing in excess but everything anyone could reasonably want. Everything except the pool looks safe and up to code. Good traffic patterns, convenient kitchen. The decor 😍! Pairing robin's egg blue with rustic elements never crossed my mind before, but I love it! Now about the downstairs bathroom - I'm going to assume the "brick" look floor and wall is really an easy to clean tile made to look like brick. Overall, great job!

Did I miss a washer/dryer room? Behind the louvered door in the kitchen area?
Great open floor plan. Two in the kitchen at the same time would be a bit tough. What is a deal breaker for me is there is no Master Suite and the size of the downstairs bedroom as age advances is too small for any of the furniture. Don’t want a dryer vented to any roof, let alone a 2nd floor roof.
Not a fan of any pool or hot tub in the front of my home either.
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! Yes, you did spot the washer/dryer room behind the louvered door in the kitchen area. Regarding the hot tub, it's actually located at the back of the house. I started the video from the rear because it has a more impressive view. I appreciate your insights on the floor plan and room sizes. WHAT IS THE HEATED / COOLED SQ FT OF THIS HOME ?
There's wasn't a master bath. Starcase to narrow. Furniture would be difficult with that curve and narrowness. Rooms to small. Much better to make it two spacious with private bath and a half bath downstairs. Garage? Hello?

Nice horse trough in the front yard. Better on the side of the house, alarmed and fenced for insurance purposes and safety. Palm trees behind the TV are distracting and annoying.
Thank you for your suggestions! Moving the horse trough to the side and ensuring it's alarmed and fenced is a great idea.
My immediate reaction is that the pool must be fenced. Most codes require it, and even in unregulated areas common sense would tell you how easily a child could drown there.
It's not a pool, it's just a homemade bathtub, its safe ^^
It’s just a rendering. I’m sure you can add what’s required later on. It’s about enjoying the design.
It's about the house....not any outside landscaping or decor that was added to rendering!
Where I live any man made body of water at 24 inches or greater of depth requires fence with a lockable gate.
But I don't think he lives here.😂
@@chrislane8466 Why are some folks getting all wrapped around the water feature not having a fence around it? Amazing!!! This is about the house design, not the outside extras. And it's my understanding that this is not an actual house already built with outside landscape, etc put in and is up for sale. Good grief, folks.....if you have any type of water feature (pool, hot tub), you will of course ensure it is fenced in for safety.
