We’re having a 200sqm rectangular lot. Can you please give me an idea with the house? A two storey house. I want an open concept living room, dining room and a kitchen with two bedrooms on the ground floor, plus dirty kitchen, laundry area, terrace in front of the main door with just one car garage and 1 bathroom. And on the first floor a balcony, masters bedroom with our own bathroom, our own coffee station inside our room, small sitting area, a nice walk-in closet and access with the balcony. 4th room on this floor, another separate bathroom, small living room. With a small backyard.
