All very pleasant in a few nicely individual ways except for the fact that a home of this calibre really should have a master bedroom with an ensuite - a must have, along with a fairly decent amount of preferably walk in wardrobe space.
Fantastic home! Wonderful kitchen and pantry, great traffic flow, good storage! The only thing I would never ever do is to put a balcony off of a child's bedroom.
Balcony's are a waste of money. Good idea, but no one every uses them. They are expensive and hard to get the waterproofing details right. I know this from experience :-)
Nice layout. I would use the ground floor bedroom as my sewing and art studio, with two bedrooms upstairs and the study being used as is. The open sides of the car parking area I would enclose as the wear and tear of constantly being exposed is too much. And of course I would add an outside workshop area for bottling, freeze drying and storing of dry foods - with a basement cellar plus another workshop area for keeping gardening stuff in and for woodworking. All the houses I ever see designed seem to forget that real people will live in these pretty picture houses and that they do other things besides sleeping, eating and sitting in the lounge area.
Love this home except all the sky lights upstairs. They don’t black out easily and develop leaks. Children and balconies are a bit frightening but that can be remedied. No designated master suite is something we could live with as long as a bathroom is close by. I love the office. I would put a Murphy bed in the wall for backup sleeping (we are 10+ on holiday gatherings) but this home feels so spacious! More than I want to care for, but oh so worth it at holiday time!
I know from experience that a side-by-side refrigerator cannot be placed next to an adjacent wall. To clean the fridge, I must pull it out from the covey spot to completely open its doors for washing the compartments. Hope this makes sense to everyone.
There's a good entry foyer, and the soaring ceiling in the living room is impressive. The downstairs bedroom access to the bathroom isn't ideal, nor is the location of the laundry room. Not deal breakers, however. Upstairs, the huge skylights are unnecessary. The rooms already have ample windows, and a skylight over a bed is likely to be blocked most of the time anyway.
Some people are just never satisfied and always have something to pick at!! Maybe you could just say thank you for sharing a free to view house plan ! Or let’s see your amazing designs!!! I won’t hold my breath!
Wish there was a proper master bedroom on the main floor. I also would be terrified to have small children in a room with access to the balcony like that
Pretty nice. The pool will have to be fenced for insurance purposes, with an alarm to protect kids, and l don't think l'd want a kid's room to have access to an upper deck. And wood, ash, soot on the white tile under the woodstove? Nope.Too hard to keep clean.
Oh look! A swimming pool for the bears! Something that's actually seen in the states is bears taking advantage of people's pools! Nice kitchen and pantry, but why did you put a fireplace IN the fireplace?? I agree, dryers need an outside vent which means refiguring that placement. I've decided None of these videos are actually built homes. There's too many details missing in ALL of them...like drains in the showers, open doors that block sinks, and accordion doors going outside, stairwells are dark, and landings are dark. I don't even want to THINK about cleaning all those windows and glass doors! And the exterior views show two chimneys, one center front and one center back, that do not line up with the fireplace in the corner, in the front living room, not the center of the front wall! I must have missed the fireplace on the back wall!!
The wood burning “stove” in the fireplace is a European thing. However you wouldn’t see it in a modern house. You primarily see it in houses that are hundreds of years old because the old fireplaces in these houses frequently don’t work up to modern standards and then the house can’t be insured without an enclosed fireplace with a pipe running up the old flues.
Finally a home designer who acknowledges that we have cars!
This house is absolutely perfectly designed! No wasted spaces.

how many bathroom are in the house a basement would be nice to have
Lovely design but gotta get rid of the main floor bathroom’s louvered door. Bathrooms need solid doors where people congregate.
add a basement and fireplaces
Very Nice ❤❤❤
i wanna live here
Yeah
I likes it
ძალიან მომეწონა. უმაგრესია. შეეცდებიან ზუსტად ესეთი ავაშენო
El interior se parece a una casa que ya estaba anteriormente en el canal

How do you clean to top windows?

Are these homes for the Rich or a least for the working class

What are the front and back chimneys for? There are no fireplaces there. But there is a fireplace on the left side with no chimney???
👍👍
Appears that the only place to watch TV is in a bedroom. So much for inviting friends over to watch the game. Otherwise, really like the layout.

How Much Do You Want For Your House?
Il bagno di servizio senza finestre, che prende aria dal corridoio attraverso la porta grigliata, e' una cosa disgustosa e ridicola!😮
