You were a big reason I decided to delve more into Xerjoff, and as a result I’ve picked up several fragrances from the house: 40 Knots - Big love! I too get a fizziness, almost cola-like nuance in the top. Decas - blind pickup in a swap, and such a pleasant surprise! The orangey, almost bubblegum like tuberose draped over the lightly ambery tobacco is fantastic! Zefiro - Honey drenched red hots candy, with a beautiful honeyed-incense drydown. A little more challenging than the others, but such a joy to wear. I can’t wait for cooler weather to see how this opens up! Tony Iommi Monkey Special - Just wow. A rockstar fragrance for sure 🤘🏻 This is probably my favorite fragrance of all time. Boozy, patchouli, leather, spice, caramel, rose. Sometimes I even feel like I’m detecting tobacco. This one is a chameleon. Each time I wear it, the fragrance presents itself in a slightly different manner. I love it! There are many more that I’d love to pick up. I currently have samples of Alexandria 2 and 3 that I’m testing. I’m not sure which I like more 😅 The Rose in Alexandria 3 is beautiful! (I also discovered I really enjoy wearing florals thanks to your channel - I NEED to pick up a bottle of Matiere Premiere Radical Rose)! Wonderful house, and fantastic maté talk as always! Starlight! 🌟 You described it so well. I've seen a lot of other people going on and on about the cardamom note and while to my nose as well it's the most realistic cardamom I know, putting it off as just that doesn't do it justice. I can't wait for Fall to get here so I can wear it again.

Hello Marcelo, loooove my Xerjoff’s; the pen nib top is just icing on the cake😍. Myself and Tuberosa are not compatible; we clash ;I just cannot and I feel ;that is my nose burner I’ve always complained about. That would definitely explain why I recoiled on Decas when I first started hoovering those Niche scents…i really wanted that bottle. As a goyle;I’m more of a Patchoulli , amber, backy, boozy, fan. I don’t own 40Knots but I do like it on paper, I’ll try on skin and see how it sits on me. Thank youuu as always 3.1K ya just gotsta get down that aisle soon 👏🏻🥂 ❤️🙋🏻♀️🇦🇺

I fell in love head over heels with “more than words” it surpassed “radical rose” from matiere premiere as my favorite rose fragrance. It always gets me compliments. Right now my favorite Xerjoff so far, right after Tony Iommy.

Great line up. Love 400, one of my first xerjoff fragrances after your recommendation! Pure magic, so addictive. I also love starlight. Its definitely on the list for a full bottle. I still don't get Decas, I'm a big tuberose lover, but that "over ripe" almost decayed sort of vibe seems to stick around. I will revisit again. 40 knots is very nice. I get some saltiness with it especially at the beginning
Yep, totally agree on that 'overripe' sensation that Decas has on the opening. Funny thing is, I love it!! It's almost gooey sweet, honey dripping....divine🥰 (the good news for you Mais is that it does dry back and tone down after about 30 mins....if you can last that long 😑) And yes, I do remember when 400 first landed for you; so happy that this has proven to be a real winner, perfect for the weather that we've been having here in Melbourne 🥶 Awesome to hear from you Mais, hoping you are well👊🏽
Great episode once again! Xerjoff never disappoints. My favorite house and still so much to discover. For instance I have never tried the Erba's or 400. Desperately need to. Decas was a great recommendation from Marcelo! Super fragrance and my true introduction into Tuberose. Beautiful fragrance and I do approve as a man. I also do love P.33. Ran through my sample really quickly. But I must say that the wearing experience for me was somewhat similar to Richwood. So after much deliberation finally decided to buy Richwood instead of P.33. A shame that my wallet doesn't approve of both but no regrets. Love Richwood 😅. And 40 knots is just devine. One of the best ambers ever. But it's so versatile that my bottle drains to quickly

Great choice on 40 Knots Mike😎 Our heat here in Melbourne has a bit of humidity and so it gets a bit cloy to my nose....so I wonder how well 40knots goes in a dry desert heat🤔 I'll be interested in hearing how it wears for you mate

It’s really hard to call it an aquatic in the normal sense. It reminds me of being below deck of an older wooden boat. Don’t ask me how i came up with that but that’s the best i can express. The woody note is very strong and on my skin just really projects even after 7 - 8 hours later. 👍

Marcelo, needless to say that my Xerjoff collection is now rather substantial. 😱 Tony Iommi Deified is currently the only Xerjoff on my wishlist, with a sample arriving tomorrow. Incidentally, my last 3 purchases were 400, More Than Words and Decas. I dare not say who heavily influenced my decision......😚 0:37 Btw, my bottle of Kajal Äican arrived yesterday. And I've been in love with this fragrance for many years. On my skin, it opened up and became warmer, spicy, and woody. And I always get compliments from everyone when I wear ХЕRJOFF, doesn't matter which one is it!!!!
Xerjoff is just awesome. There is so much variety. From this line up, I have More than Words and it is stunning. I love Mango and do not have any Mango fragrances, so my next purchase from Xerjoff, I am planning of Erba Gold. Thanks Marcelo for the lovely video!

I tried 40nots last summer and I Loooved it. It turned very fast into woody spicy warm base with slight vibe of saltiness on my skin. I bought it for my male friend as a birthday gift, because it instantly reminded me of him, thinking that he didn’t like it, I would keep it for myself. Fortunately or unfortunately, he liked it. I am pretty sure I will buy a bottle for myself once, however, I would rather prefer to smell it on my man. It’s intoxicating. But you definitely need to have a character to wear it and grow your taste to be able to appreciate this fragrance, it’s unique and definitely statement. ❤❤❤

I’ll tell you how Kaweco is pronounced when we meet up at Kevin’s next week. It’s an amazing brand but you’ve got to look up (although you probably know it), Visconti Homo Sapiens, the clip represents Ponte Vecchio in Florence.

Excellent selection. God of Fire is very good but cannot compete with Erba Gold or Erba Pura, the Xerjoffs are better However, Summer Hammer has a comparable smell and is stronger. In this line, Erba Pura Magica by Sospiro is also good. I would have changed Starlight for Ivory Route! The notes of 40 knots are hard to detect! Salt and woods for sure, but no ginger... What to say about more than words! A beast! I'm sorry if I missed it, but I have not seen your comments about the Alxandria II anniversary edition. It does not have the apple like the original one...That may be a problem for me!!!

Pikovaia Dama is gorgeous! Not the type of fragrance I'd usually wear BUT! This one just DO IT for Me for a very special occasion, where I need to dress up very classy. It feels very sophisticated, expensive and classy. + I'm Russian so the name and inspiration for this perfume adds extra layer for me.

40 Knots was my top pick after the First Xerjoff masterclass I had. I didn't buy it straight away but a year later when I revisited my samples and again that was my top pick. Whenever I wear it, I get compliments every single time, that I smell amazing. To be honest, this was my very first parfume I got compliments on (from strangers on the street, friends, co-workers in the office) this is my signature scent.

Hi Marcello, love watching / listening to your videos when walking with my newborn. You tell such nice stories when talking about perfume, I love it! I have a question regarding Erba Gold / Pura; on my skin when the fragrance sits for about an hour I get some sort of a sour Woody scent. When i wash the fragrance off all I get is this sour smell... I've had this issue with the most wanted by Azzaro too. Do you have any idea which note might cause this? Keep up the great videos! ❤

The Mate is bitter in most of the eastern Argentina provinces, but in the west we use sugar , some people even add dry orange peels and even some herbs which for the western provinces is a sin 😂, but you can add a little bit a sugar every other mate to sweeten it. Also make sure the water is never boiling, it will kill your mate very quick. Enjoy!🧉

Myself and Tuberosa are not compatible; we clash ;I just cannot and I feel ;that is my nose burner I’ve always complained about. That would definitely explain why I recoiled on Decas when I first started hoovering those Niche scents…i really wanted that bottle.
As a goyle;I’m more of a Patchoulli , amber, backy, boozy, fan. I don’t own 40Knots but I do like it on paper, I’ll try on skin and see how it sits on me.

I fell in love head over heels with “more than words” it surpassed “radical rose” from matiere premiere as my favorite rose fragrance. It always gets me compliments. Right now my favorite Xerjoff so far, right after Tony Iommy.

Great line up. Love 400, one of my first xerjoff fragrances after your recommendation! Pure magic, so addictive. I also love starlight. Its definitely on the list for a full bottle.
I still don't get Decas, I'm a big tuberose lover, but that "over ripe" almost decayed sort of vibe seems to stick around. I will revisit again.

Yep, totally agree on that 'overripe' sensation that Decas has on the opening. Funny thing is, I love it!! It's almost gooey sweet, honey dripping....divine🥰 (the good news for you Mais is that it does dry back and tone down after about 30 mins....if you can last that long 😑)
And yes, I do remember when 400 first landed for you; so happy that this has proven to be a real winner, perfect for the weather that we've been having here in Melbourne 🥶

Decas was a great recommendation from Marcelo! Super fragrance and my true introduction into Tuberose. Beautiful fragrance and I do approve as a man.
I also do love P.33. Ran through my sample really quickly. But I must say that the wearing experience for me was somewhat similar to Richwood. So after much deliberation finally decided to buy Richwood instead of P.33. A shame that my wallet doesn't approve of both but no regrets. Love Richwood 😅.
And 40 knots is just devine. One of the best ambers ever. But it's so versatile that my bottle drains to quickly

It’s really hard to call it an aquatic in the normal sense. It reminds me of being below deck of an older wooden boat. Don’t ask me how i came up with that but that’s the best i can express. The woody note is very strong and on my skin just really projects even after 7 - 8 hours later. 👍

And I've been in love with this fragrance for many years. On my skin, it opened up and became warmer, spicy, and woody. And I always get compliments from everyone when I wear ХЕRJOFF, doesn't matter which one is it!!!!
Xerjoff is just awesome. There is so much variety. From this line up, I have More than Words and it is stunning. I love Mango and do not have any Mango fragrances, so my next purchase from Xerjoff, I am planning of Erba Gold. Thanks Marcelo for the lovely video!

I tried 40nots last summer and I Loooved it. It turned very fast into woody spicy warm base with slight vibe of saltiness on my skin. I bought it for my male friend as a birthday gift, because it instantly reminded me of him, thinking that he didn’t like it, I would keep it for myself. Fortunately or unfortunately, he liked it. I am pretty sure I will buy a bottle for myself once, however, I would rather prefer to smell it on my man. It’s intoxicating. But you definitely need to have a character to wear it and grow your taste to be able to appreciate this fragrance, it’s unique and definitely statement. ❤❤❤

Outside of inks, paper is also important; don’t get me started 🥹

Excellent selection. God of Fire is very good but cannot compete with Erba Gold or Erba Pura, the Xerjoffs are better However, Summer Hammer has a comparable smell and is stronger. In this line, Erba Pura Magica by Sospiro is also good. I would have changed Starlight for Ivory Route!
The notes of 40 knots are hard to detect! Salt and woods for sure, but no ginger... What to say about more than words! A beast!
I'm sorry if I missed it, but I have not seen your comments about the Alxandria II anniversary edition. It does not have the apple like the original one...That may be a problem for me!!!

Pikovaia Dama is gorgeous! Not the type of fragrance I'd usually wear BUT! This one just DO IT for Me for a very special occasion, where I need to dress up very classy. It feels very sophisticated, expensive and classy. + I'm Russian so the name and inspiration for this perfume adds extra layer for me.

40 Knots was my top pick after the First Xerjoff masterclass I had. I didn't buy it straight away but a year later when I revisited my samples and again that was my top pick. Whenever I wear it, I get compliments every single time, that I smell amazing. To be honest, this was my very first parfume I got compliments on (from strangers on the street, friends, co-workers in the office) this is my signature scent.

Hi Marcello, love watching / listening to your videos when walking with my newborn. You tell such nice stories when talking about perfume, I love it!
I have a question regarding Erba Gold / Pura; on my skin when the fragrance sits for about an hour I get some sort of a sour Woody scent. When i wash the fragrance off all I get is this sour smell... I've had this issue with the most wanted by Azzaro too. Do you have any idea which note might cause this?

Call me strange, but I get a fuzzy mint leaf vibe (think right off the plant) in the opening of 40 knots. No sweetness on me either.

The Mate is bitter in most of the eastern Argentina provinces, but in the west we use sugar , some people even add dry orange peels and even some herbs which for the western provinces is a sin 😂, but you can add a little bit a sugar every other mate to sweeten it. Also make sure the water is never boiling, it will kill your mate very quick. Enjoy!🧉
