So, I watched this video and instead of taking apart, I used my leaf blower after removing debris holder to dislodge whatever had malfunctioned the motor. Worked perfectly and nothing broken!! You're welcome!
Thanks for the monthly maintenance video where you showed how to blow out the side vent with compressed air: that fixed my suction error problem. I blew out the side vent and the intake both.
Our Shark keeps throwing errors one day after purchasing saying the suction motor stopped working during cleaning, we took it out and inspected it and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it. What do you suggest?

Word of caution to this if you over spend the motor to much it can damage it. Great tip for a easy fix but long term not the best thing to do.
