My only solution is to get a wireless headset then you can be wireless and the buttons should work normally it is haste but it works

My headphones & mic stop working
Yo I figured it out, if you are wanting to use the audio jack all you have to do is not use the dongle. Literally just plug the cord into your controller and plug the other usb side directly into the Xbox don’t even use the dongle. The dongle is just simply for wireless interaction.
@@austinhuey4045and the back buttons still function when plugged direct? I see many people say not, but maybe I’m confused and they’re still using the dongle and charging or something..
