  • #315: It’s not uncommon to have some pain and discomfort during or after an exercise. But when is that OK to push through and when should you back off?

    Do chronic tight hip flexor cause symptoms down the legs like behind legs?
    I did several core exercises for 2.5 years after a back issue all was going good but I developed symptoms down both legs when I brace my abs.
