Sure do miss seeing the old TJ, but like you we have also upgraded to something larger for our family to get out wheeling. Great content as always, good to look back and see where you came from every once in a while.
I miss seeing the TJ content😢 I bought a TJ right around the same time you started your channel and I instantly subscribed. My build took a lot of inspiration from yours. I live in East Texas and NW Arkansas has always been my favorite camping/offroad spot. If you happen to see this comment 3 years later lol I try to make a trip up there at least 2 or 3 times a year and would love to meet you and hit some trails with you!
Man, this makes me miss warm weather. I can't wait to take my TJR out this spring and summer. The Ozark's remind me so much of Beavers Bend State Park in Southeastern Oklahoma. I suppose that's obvious because the Ozark's are relatively close to that Park, but it's nice being able to see that in your videos. A little bit of home mixed some nice off-roading and camping! Doesn't get much better than that. Loved the TJ and love the Tacoma. In the end, it's all about what gets you on the trail. Amazing videos Grant! Keep it up!!
Just added a 2004 Rubicon to the family mix. Working on improving the suspension set up and other mods as needed. Loved your rig setup to help with ideas for mine. Sure not going to find that kinda water crossing stuff in New Mexico.
Man thank you for putting this together! I miss seeing your TJ. It was one of my favorite TJ’s on UA-cam. Still hoping you’ll get another one someday 😂
Man I’ve been enjoying watching yours and Matt’s/OOA videos. I’ve been riding atv/utv’s up around the Mulberry River for years. Just got an 05 LJR and can’t wait to make my first trip up there this May.
Love the TJ. Did you actually cut the openings in your engine hood to install that black cover? I ordered it but it’s hard for me to conceive of that being a good idea. I might just install it right over the top without cutting the openings. But then I also think that would trap water and eventually rust out the hood.
I'm a new comer to the Overlanding community so be kind! In South East Michigan & I just purchased a Jeep JK! Any recommendations to getting into Overlanding? Who has the guides for rigs, who has the overlanding paths etc etc. Awesome video, looks like a shiiiiiiiit ton of fun. I'll meet you out in the woods one day lmao.
You don't need to spend $64,000 - $134,000 to go wheeling, the TJ is even better than the JK and JL. With the TJs small size it can go places the larger problem prone JK and JL can't, and you can find nicely built ones on 35s for $17,000.
Fun video. I am in Arizona now, but I came from WA. Your trails look a lot like the ones up in WA. You brought me back to the good ole dayz. Curious, what rock sliders you have on your TJ? I really like those.
I’m gonna be honest with you my friend I like the page but I don’t even watch it that much because you don’t have the Jeep TJ , you should’ve never sold it !!! But you still awesome keep up the good vibe !! Blessings
I have a wrangler tj 1997 please tell me how is called each: the up accesory (the structure to support ) and the back one to carry things to purchase please.
How do you feel your TJ handles making the trip to the trails, completing the trails and driving home? Anything you not r has worn down much faster or needing to be replaced more frequently. Decking on a TJ or JK just for over landing and can’t decide whether to trailer it with my truck or drive it to all the trails. Clean Jeep, keep it up
People are saying keep the jeep TJ simple and light weight, I'm seeing people using aluminum Rock sliders and low profile bumpers and sometimes they dont even have the spare tire on.. are you having anything weight troubles with what you load on it?.
As nice as the Tacoma's are... There is something about the TJ Jeep... It's got heart and soul. They are so good right out of the box, awesome when modified. But yea they not good for a family unless you go JK four door etc... Must say you had a nice TJ though.
I sure miss watching that TJ grow. Also miss the offroad videos and all the DIY you did.
This was my fav UA-cam channel. I was in tears when he switched to the tecoma
Congratulations, i also miss the TJ
Hugs from Brazil 🇧🇷
Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead at 4:20 is priceless!

Appreciate it man! Awesome you’ve stuck around so long.
it's a pleasure to watch your TJ adventures!
I've a similar 2006 Wrangler-X (Nowhere nearly as tricked out as your TJ but I will keep it forever.) Thumbs up to your old TJ
Very cool!!
easily the best looking tj build i’ve seen, love the channel!
8:25 that's my favorite part of the whole vidoe ❤️ 😍 ❤️
I'm miss your jeep, good looking rig!
The TJ will definitely be missed.
Awsome go anywhere Jeep, you done an extremely good job customizing her, hope the new owners are making the most of her capabilities,
Appreciate that, I hope so too! The Jeep is in Colorado.
@@ArkansasOffroad cool, lots of trails there to keep them occupied
@Dillon Bishop Unfortunately, no. Not even instagram.

Very cool! And I couldn’t agree more with you. Thank you so much for the support! Means a ton.
TJ's are the best. I have a 2005 rubicon almost the same color it's a beast.
Great looking and performing tj , love the content
Long live the TJ.
I love your Jeep. You built it to perform in a tasteful way. Outstanding Job !
Thank you!
THE BEST JEEP, I enjoy a lot watching your videos. greetings from Chile
So cool! Thank you!
the first love is never forgotten .....
happy New Year........
wish we had trails like that in iowa got some cool level b roads but nothing like that coll video man

Right on!
So fun watching some of these again. That thing was such a beaut, I miss it. Thanks for putting this together though 😃
Your such an inspiration dude. I love my TJ and now I want mine to be just like yours
Thank you so much!
Man thank you for putting this together! I miss seeing your TJ. It was one of my favorite TJ’s on UA-cam. Still hoping you’ll get another one someday 😂
I miss the old jeep but you have a nice family truck now
Awesome video bro! 💪🏼
Great review and I don't blame you for missing the TJ. The new setup is pretty awesome too though

Awesome! Thanks so much!
New year new truck new intro!
That's it!
Your TJ was so sick!🤘🏼 thanks for sharing!
Sure miss that tj! Got me one just from watching your vids! Awesome content, keep it going !🤘🏽
Appreciate it!!
I will pray every day that your channel gets big enough to where you can build a TJ from stock
High, it was nice to watch, were a TJ is able to go. Kindly Fiete
Good filming.. good looking cars... just love... May I know it range on full tank?
This is back when I used to watch this channel all the time…
👍
Good thing you avoided those police spike strips at 5:39
Haha
Tjs are awesome 👌
Great video and Happy New Year!!!!
You need a dedicated rock crawling rig now! It'll happen..just wait.
Great video as always.
It's so cool 👍
Your videos are the best, do you have a completed list of the mods and products you used to build the TJ. Are you planning another build??
I saw your plate says Arkansas where abouts it's really beautiful there

What wheels are these? The black ones with silver deadlock look

It's a beautiful car. I love .
Ps where did the roof top tent come from? It is not on in most of the videos
I really miss your TJ footage - I feel these new tacomas are a dime a dozen buttttt I own a taco 😬..... Mines a 2004 TRD 4x4 tho
Awesome content and video.
It can go anywhere! In the tight stuff so much better than a truck.
1:07 how ? I don't see overhead exhaust.
I miss your Jeep build videos :( I actually used your cb radio magnet mount trick
Niiiice!
What size wheels and tires do you have and what size lift?
Hey, can you still put your top down with the top cargo rack installed?
Hi this awesome
Where this trail
From 0:42 to 2:00
Thanks 🎉
What axles, lift and wheels are you running? Have SYE kit?
Please tell us about your built ? What rear bumper is that ? Thanks
miss the tj 😔
Fun video. I am in Arizona now, but I came from WA. Your trails look a lot like the ones up in WA. You brought me back to the good ole dayz. Curious, what rock sliders you have on your TJ? I really like those.
Thanks! I believe they're smittybilt. The xrc series
dig your hanging flag✊🇺🇸. its time for lockers or some kinda traction device
Great off-roading

Thanks!
Perfekt Video!!!
I have a question is it normal for the Tj to be a wobbly in the rear when you drive it
I have a wrangler tj 1997 please tell me how is called each: the up accesory (the structure to support ) and the back one to carry things to purchase please.
ua-cam.com/video/OyGLKE-6jFM/v-deo.html&ab_channel=ArkansasOffroad
can i ask the name of the song in the beginning of the video ? :)
Hey, what is the model of your front bumper? Thanks
You had open diffs right? Super cool to see how capable this TJ was, I want mine to look just like it some day!
Yep open diffs!!
Why you sell it
What size lift did you have on this jeep ?
Where did you get the color matched stickers on the rear side windows?
I made them
@@ArkansasOffroad thanks for the reply man. How did you make them?
How do you feel your TJ handles making the trip to the trails, completing the trails and driving home? Anything you not r has worn down much faster or needing to be replaced more frequently. People are saying keep the jeep TJ simple and light weight, I'm seeing people using aluminum Rock sliders and low profile bumpers and sometimes they dont even have the spare tire on.. are you having anything weight troubles with what you load on it?.
The TJ is already light weight. Definitely would never use aluminum sliders. The smaller bumpers are perfectly fine. But I'd advise a spare.
As nice as the Tacoma's are...

Agree! I miss it sometimes, but in my current stage of life, the Tacoma wins. Would love the TJ as a second vehicle to putt around in.
I found a Jeep TJ and it looks a lot like yours but its an automatic, any thoughts or input on choosing an auto instead of a manual?
All preference
What’s the intro song?
Amazing films! Good job! :) what's setup have your car? Lift, tires? Color is great it's original?
Did you ever find out what lift and ture size?
Tire
Were you running lockers in your axles? And did you have an aftermarket exhaust? Sweet video man!
No lockers but running 4.56 gears. And yes exhaust was a cherry bomb I believe. Previous owner put that on
@@ArkansasOffroad awesome dude!! Thanks for the response. Keep up til the good content!👍👍
TJ's are 1911's now you run a toyota glock and glocks are like grocery shopping with the old lady fun.
Do you remember what front bumper was that ? Or anybody here knows ?
It's a smittybilt but I cut the side wings off. XRC or something like that? Those probably aren't the exact letters.
My dream built one day i am gonna make jeep like this.
What exhaust were you running on the TJ? Sounds nice.
Previous owner out it in but I think it’s just a cherry bomb. Dumps right at the rear axle
What roof rack is that?
Custom built. I have a separate video of it on my channel
is that mostly public land?
Yes all of it is public land/national forest
@@ArkansasOffroad me and the wife drove thru there on our way to texas alot more scenic then i imagined
What box you have on rear rack?
It’s a Plano box
Great video Grant...you need to join us again!!
Thanks Robert! Man I’d love to! It’s been too long
33’s or 35’s. What rear axle
35s. Dana 35 with 4.56 gears
@@ArkansasOffroad did you ever have issues running 35’s on the Dana 35?
About your lift kit? How many inches?

Nice Jeep TJ 💪👍
Replaced by a yota! 😆
I hear a Low Diff level Scuike
What roof rack is that? Awesome look Jeep. Looking for a roof rack for my new to me 06 LJ. AWESOME VIDEO!
Appreciate it! I have a separate video on my channel all about the rack
Awesome Job Grant! Would love to meet up again sometime and do some wheeling.
Definitely man! Would love to!
Супер поездка,красиво!!!!!!!!
