Good Morning From Texas Stay Fishy 🐟
I can’t believe they made him back all the way down instead of doing a little bit of grass repair where he would have turned around😂
Really enjoy these big rescue videos

That Grass Carp is big enough for the Monster Pond. SFMF!
Yeppers shiners do indeed get that big.
❤❤❤❤ hey Rick 👋
Wow in Australia we call that a propper mission bro
Very interesting!
What tank do you put that crazy goldfish in?
Thats an electro(shocking) video 😊 nice
Goldfish was huge but that yellow belly bullhead was huge to
Epic Video 🎉🎉
That’s wild and here I’m trying to be all proud of mine who grew rom an inch to 8 and has thickness
that one there is a tank if I may suggest a name lol how big will cheap pet store gold fish get I always thought they died before they get to big pretty sure the one I have was 67cents please excuse my lack of knowledge
you need to setup a native tank
That's way cool
😊❤
why do they drain it?
they’re having some problems with where the lake is and where some plants are growing. They’re going to redo the entire lake :-)
🎉
I thought that grass carp were an invasive species....
No they’re sterile here they can’t reproduce you’re thinking of Asian carp
Yoooooooo
I wanna work for u big Rick
So any idea why they are draining the pond?
There going to dredge ul the bottom and make it alot deeper. Basically a redesign
@@OhioFishRescue-com oh ok awesome!
See the fisherman got to remember you can't keep everything that you catch catch and release is the way to go because that keeps fish in that pond that you can come back the next time to catch and you may never know you may catch that same fish but it may be even bigger than last time and if you take a kid fishing and he becomes a fisherman that money that he pays for his licenses and you know stuff like that goes to take care of the fish in this pond and all around your state so don't get mad at a fisherman when he's fishing because he's actually a conservationist but he has fun while he fishing and he knows he's a conservationist
Where did the giant goldfish go Rich? 😂 lets call him Donald
He's with us back here at the rescue
Thanks! Hope to see him soon in a video
That's when you need to put a plaque above the door my house my rules don't like my rules leave my house and that right there stops all arguments I'm not bossy my house my rules you don't like it you can leave my house and that stops all arguments and all you know comments of people being bossy that's like Josh you go to his house that's his house his rules but the funny thing that you'll find out is his house will have your rules because you've taught him right
eIectroshocking? omg
It's normal :)
You do it also if you just want to inspect the population in a lake.
It's like having a cramp for a human. It will not harm them.
That goldfish is amazing, but please never put them in the wild they dirty the water and kill native fish! Also they lose their colour and are impossible to catch by predators and take over!
looked very orange to me
@@anonamoss78 in a few generations they lose their gold colour. Natural selection really hates bright colours as they can be caught by birds. Haha.
It surprises me once the fish are stunned they don’t die in the holding bin that is so full of fish it’s not funny. Apparently while they are stunned they don’t use much oxygen
There’s a bubbler in the tub so they were getting oxygen the entire time on the boat
Don't release the carp
Yeah I thought they might want to euthanize the invasives. But not my pond! Great work overall.
grass carp are sterile. They can be rereleased back into lakes. We worked with the Cleveland metro parks. The only fish we got that was invasive was the goldfish which we took back to OFR
@@skylarmiller4636 I'm thinking the Asian carp
@@nedasher116 yeah, if it was an invasive species of carp we would have brought it back to the rescue :)
@@skylarmiller4636 Nice, good to know, thanks for the answer!
