How to Repair Columbia Hydra Flat Box Handle

This is how to fix/repair your Columbia Flat Box Hydra Handle. I bought this handle used, the brake didn't work. After replacing the oil it still didn't work so I replaced the mounting plate as well. After do both the handle worked like new!!
