hello, it would be really good for many users to make a video to show how to adjust the two small parts on each side of the blade. I have two boxes that I received not adjusted and impossible to obtain a satisfactory result ,Thank you for your help!

You probably just need to give it an extra squeeze.... at the very end of the video there are steps Aaron shows to tighten and then give the handle a hard squeeze and then loosen it back up. Give that a try!
