Crazy, I've been using this handle for almost 10 years and whenever the brake started to slip I would adjust the handle tension screw. By now its fully tight and the brake started slipping again and I thought I was doomed until I saw this video. I had no clue about the Allen key adjustment! Duh lol. And Ps: I've never oiled that piston part even once, nevermind daily and it's still going good after hundreds of jobs, which says alot! Absolutely the best quality, durable taping tools money can buy!
I’ve had my handle about 3 months I’m boxing 3m walls and really struggle for the first 50cm (starting at the top) it feels stiff, don’t know if it’s my box or something to do with the handle? Sucked my box in water and sprayed wd40 on it regularly but doesn’t seem to help
Hello I've been taping for twenty seven years on my twenty fifth year I decided to buy all new Colombia tools and sold my old tools now I wish I didn't sell them. I have been having trouble with my new tools ring on the pump was to big could not get box filler back in after using angel box the angel heads just flop around on handle the screw coater the plastic bushing is no good now it just flops around I titend it up and still flops around my angel box looks like I just pulled it out of a bucket of mud after I run angels the head dose not seal to the angel box the seal for the box shrinks and don't get a good seal I'm not happy
