I remember being 16 years old watching this video every single day wishing to be a skydiver and sometimes crying from the impotence of not being able to jump because of the money. Now 8 years later, I'm on my 70th jump. Thanks for motivating me.
Hell yeah. I maxed out two credit cards in 97. I had a bit of a jumping problem. The cards wrecked my credit but now I have jumped into some of the most secure air space in the US outside of area 51, some of my friends are the best in the world. What I am saying is the sport paid me back in ways money never could have gotten me

Some amazing jumps you have had over the years brother. I can say this is why I started skydiving. Thank you for sharing your video's with all of us. Wish you nothing but Blue Skies my brother.
Just did my first AFF last week, came to search for skydiving videos after it. It was amazing, I wanna do more. Stressed out like hell before the jump, but a sensation nothing like it after the jump. I wanna get back on that airplane and go through all AFF levels. I'm frustrated that I didn't discover it earlier, I'm almost 35 and wasted like 15 years of skydiving opportunities...
I’m 44 and just started skydiving last year. I’m on AFF jump 3 now on my way to get my license. It’s never too late. I found my peace and I found my people. Blue Skies 🤘
I was dreaming about beeing a skydiver when I was 14 y/o and 13 years later, I can say I'm in the skydive family since 2 years now, got 70 jumps and it's always an amazing experience to jump off a plane... this video almost made me cry, it represents so well the "'why I skydive"... thank you so much for the video !
Best skydiving video there. I only dislike one thing...opsession with head downs and sit position. But still, best video on youtube. Its captured that feeling when you are skydiving, that moment when you are on exit...just emotional :)
This is one if the best videos I've ever seen, thank you for sharing..I've jumped before and realize the amount of love you feel for another person falling with you...thanks again.

mantas kaupas Well I made my 1st jump... wasn't as sweet as yours , but your video def makes me want to get licensed.. which will be done next year !!! BTW.. video is on my channel.. don't wanna be a douche and link it !
I was wondering has anyone skipped tandem jump. Because people told me I should first do a tandem to make sure that is what I want but I feel like already know I want to do this and no doubt about it. Tnx for reply mantas kaupas :D
Thanks for the beautiful video... there's no way to describe that flood of joy and exhilaration when you step over that threshold from the plane into the sky. I've done tandem twice & have a third jump lined up, but wondering if I should take a step further & learn to solo? I think I'm addicted. 💗💗
My dad was Skydiving in 1966, My Mom Skydived in the same period (I still have their chutes). My first skydive was in 1982 (Parris Valley) with a 28 foot 7TU (round chute) at 16 years old and fell in love with it. it's been 18 years since my last jump (a lot went wrong with that jump) strangely that was my favorite jump because I had no fear. I had lots of time (everyone on the ground thought I would Bounce) and I worked the problem while checking my Alt. I'm now a 53-year-old disabled veteran with 18 years service living in Wisconsin and just wish I had friends who skydived (and the money to do it often) because it's an experience that sticks with you. it's been long enough that I would have to go through AFF to do it again (making it even more costly, and unaffordable to me). but I sure do miss it, and always will.
This has always been my favorite vids since 2015, I always come back to watch it once or twice a year then I go skydivi a week later and I feel great. Love y'all
Back in 2015 i did my skydiving licence and had 10 jumps. I was already a plane pilot and skydiving was the ice on the cake. Sadly, i went though a lot in my life soon after and became addicted to drugs. I spent all my money, all my savings, everything and even lost one eye during a drug inducted stroke. It took me 3 years to get out of this situation with now 30 kg to lose. I'm not a plane pilot anymore and i'll never be due to my bad sight. But when i see this video, like when i saw it almost 10 years ago, the passion is still there. The motivation to become healthy again and maybe one day jump inside a pilatus again. Looking the clouds approaching, smelling the plane kerosene again, approach the door and litteraly jump into my new life. Soon i'll accomplish this again, but trust me... i'll never stop. I don't even know if you are still active Dexter but if you are : Thanks for the motivation.
No. Go to tandem jump. No scare. Only normal breath and relax. Instructor do all for your flight. Belive me, there are no scare.Only enjoy, adrenalin rush and chill on colorful sky! Go and jump with instructor. Yout life will do U turn!
Going to start my skydiving journey this week, I felt excited but a bit scared and now this video totally killed the fear!! ahh that beautiful freedom... thanks so much for sharing
Love this video because it makes me remember to try and enjoy life for what it is. Excellent video very well put together when I first watched you jump out of the plane, I just started thinking so good just to FREE fall nothing in the world would feel like this feeling I have not skydived but watching it i can still have that feeling. I have a motorcycle and when I ride I just forget about everything in my life just think about how good it is to be alive this is the closest feeling that I could have next to skydiving. Too much worrying/thinking for the life now I miss being young and having nothing to worry about. In life always trying to climb that next mountain. But never having time to enjoy the view.
human airplanes!!!! the real super hero's...i cant wait to do this!!!! looks like its so much fun especially with your crew or circle of love/true and real friends!!
***** Haha sarcasm at its finest. I knew someone would do that haha. But I ask this because i am currently in an AFF training course to be certified in skydiving, and according to some rules and regulations they sayyour not allowed to fall through clouds because you never know what is beneath the cloud like another diver, or plane.
***** Its all good man it gave me a laugh haha. But yea the AFF is going good, thank for askin. Its just annoying sometimes because they wont let students jump under certain weather conditions so sometimes i cant jump when i want to, otherwise its great! Cant wait till i can go jump on my own whenever i feel like it.
Hunter Wow that sounds great, its cool you have a wind tunnel at your convenience, i wish i could try one of those out im sure they're great practice. But good for you man keep a focused mind and you'll be fine through out the AFF.

mantas kaupas Well I made my 1st jump... wasn't as sweet as yours , but your video def makes me want to get licensed.. which will be done next year !!! BTW.. video is on my channel.. don't wanna be a douche and link it !
I have a strong feeling I should skip a tandem jump and go for AFF immediately. Maybe I'm wrong? :D
I havent tried tandem. I went straight to aff. Its more scarry, more adrenaline, and that feeling of accomplishment !!!! :D
mojo6077 After 2 tandems, just ask your DZ about the next step. Of you are addicted you should do it!! Best feeling ever!
Really - ...words weak. Amongst the clouds in big blue sky, the only place true answers lie!
I´d really like do this some day!
I start my skydiving training tomorrow. I was hella scared, and then i watched this video. Thanks a lot for sharing this.
The music 👍
Beautiful video, smiles on all their faces. Can't wait until I can do it.
someday Ill do it...
this is magnificent, fascinating, spellbinding peace, this is freedom
yeah you got line twists but don't lose my tennis ball! lol
2:16 looked like they were in the heavens
after 2 years watching this video, i still think the best part is the sequence at 6.13, the moves are just GREAT!
Guys, have you learned nothing is school? A water melon a tennis ball and a cannon ball will all dro at the exact same rate
Wrong I'm sorry
maybe at those heights yes, because the objects are able to hit terminal velocity but otherwise no.
a watermelon would never fit in a vacuum
.. its a joke btw
This has always been my favorite vids since 2015, I always come back to watch it once or twice a year then I go skydivi
a week later and I feel great. Love y'all
5:45 Bye-bye GoPro
:) kkkkkk
.
What is this camera? Do you know?
Did anyone else notice the close call at 6:03?
This is easily one of my favorite UA-cam videos. Great job, Dexter! Brilliant perspectives,,, Plz post more soon =)
Personally, I can never do skydiving.
It will scare me half to death.
Sounds cold but good luck and blue skys!!
Chris Welch it was very very cold I couldn’t feel my fingers once I landed 😂 but ohh so worth it!!
5:49 what happened to the boat?
Probably went the same way as the ones used by some mates doing a re-make of the lonely planet tune

How many times have you watched this video? Im at about 50.
cranester386 Hey do you skydive yourself?
I'm at about countless! 😀
human airplanes!!!! the real super hero's...i cant wait to do this!!!! looks like its so much fun especially with your crew or circle of love/true and real friends!!
Am I the first to have this in my recommendation in 2019?? Here are just 2015 comments
Well then I am the second. 2020 in 10 days.... UA-cam needs to work on it's recommendations+
@@saintserenity5448 true
just amazing.....i can totally feel the spirit
I thought you weren't able to fall through clouds.
Alex Mazza Oh wow that is good to know thank you Alex. also thanks for the good luck i appreciate it bro.
Alex Mazza Yea absolutely, if we further our knowledge about the sport then it will only get more safe for everyone.
Hunter Wow that sounds great, its cool you have a wind tunnel at your convenience, i wish i could try one of those out im sure they're great practice. But good for you man keep a focused mind and you'll be fine through out the AFF.
I have only did 2 tandem jumps, but at 65 years old, it is the most awesome thing I have ever did, this is such a beautiful video !!
