Cool thanks man, Im learning currently Planche too. I must say tuck planch was free for me never train for it. Question should I get some paralletts or push up bars like u ? Or train only with hands...
With parallets it's usually easier to learn the planche so I would recommend getting them. Whatever you choose, stick with one method. If you chose parallets then learn the planche on those and once you are comfortable with that, then try other planche variations (just hands)
I do four sets of planche progression hold 15sec and then 45sec rest in between each set, 4 sets of pseudo planche pushups 4 sets of 20 and 40sec rest in between each set, 4sets of planche leans 20sec on 40sec off at last 3sets of 20sec on 40sec off scapular pushups on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday and some random bent arm presses and pike pushups is this enough for achieveing planche? Please reply If I should do weighted exercises also I can do adv tuck planche after 4months of training
Looks like your workout is good but a few things are missing. Also I need some more context to be able to help you. What is your bodyweight? How many pushups and dips can you do in one set? How long have you been training and what is your current progression (the best one)? If you want you can DM me on Instagram and I'll answer more of your questions, the link is in the description of the video
Nice tips. Thanks!
Thankyou
