thanks. It is some sort of anvil, if not used for silencing a heater pump, it is for jewelry making. $12 at Amazon: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013RSN4UO
I just wanted to say that I did this upgrade and it worked! Thanks again for the great video! I'd love to know if you've ever thought of putting a soft start on the Coleman AC?
@@aineeamo thank you. What problem is an AC soft-start going to solve? I always thought it is for lowering current draw on startup so it can be more easily ran by a generator or other device that cannot cope with high initial amp draws. but this isn't an issue for the inverter and batteries in the Revel. they can start the AC just fine. But I also read on the Coleman website that a SoftStart might run the AC more efficiently. while I cannot understand why that would work, it might indeed be a good topic for a video, incl. some tests before and after. I will look into it. stay tuned 🙂
@orange13 My understanding is that a soft start will allow the AC to come on a bit more quietly instead of how abrupt it is now. Maybe I'm not understanding what they mean. I've been seeing others on forums install them.
That’s a great solution! I’m glad that you filmed it so that we could learn from you.
Great design of a mount. You should sell it. If you decide to I'll buy one!
Nice job.
Thanks for the video!
If you’d make another kit, I’d purchase!
I would purchase one also
Thanks for the video! I have to ask, where did you get the rubber block? I want to do this upgrade as well.

@orange13 Thanks! I'll be ordering that soon. Thanks again for all the great videos!
