"The last undeveloped piece of land in the area" water views or not, 💔 the island has changed so much.
There are 33 pieces of land for sale on Salt Spring at the moment.
Would have been nice if you actually filmed the lot.
The lot is directly behind us. As you can see it is treed thus we opted to have aerial shots of the lot and potential views. You are welcome to come visit the lot and walk it for yourself.
I took a look this weekend. Seems like most of the lot is a very steep slope. Wondering about the feasibility of actually building on it?
@@catherinepiercy5783, About two thirds of the way up the lot is probably the best spot for a home. The slope of the lot will also ensure great views when the home is built. Here are some great builders on the Island you can contact to get an idea of costs.

A group of indigenous warriors from across the province are coming to reclaim this piece of land in june. Saltspring island is unceeded and a group of 50 of us are coming to set up in the begining of summer. Regardless if it gets sold or not we are coming.
