Driving into Oncoming Traffic to Skip Line + Failure to Stop at Red - BXEF127 Toyota

On 2024-08-10 at approximately 1819 Eastern Time, the driver of a grey Toyota bearing the Ontario license plate BXEF127 was observed going into oncoming traffic to skip ahead of a queue to enter Yonge Street from the plaza at 10909 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 3E3.
Although it is not clear to the observer if that portion of the street was private property, the driver of the Toyota can be seen failing to come to a complete stop for a right turn at a red light, and they performed the right turn from the left-turning lane.
The driver and their passenger both appeared to be between their teens and their mid 20s.
