As Disney has said that he is still alive to this day will we see him in the 21st century? And lol to this one will we see him with the Infinity Gauntlet again?
A major theme of GoW Ragnarok is letting go. Kratos had to learn to let go of Atreus, so he can walk his own path. Atreus (and by extension, Odin) had to let go of their need for all the answers (the difference is Atreus succeeded when he chose to destroy the mask and close the rift, whereas Odin failed). Freya had to let go of her hatred towards Kratos for killing Baldur, and let go of all the pain Odin put her and Vanaheim through. Freyr had to learn to let go of Freya, after she married Odin, so that he could step up and lead the resistance, instead of expecting her come in and take charge all the time. Sindri had to learn to let go of Brok (which he still struggles with by the end of the game). Even Thor had to learn to let go of constantly complying to Odin's demands, and focus more on Sif and Thrudd. So by that logic, I think the devs want us to let go of the mystery of who blew that damn horn 😂😂😂
Both horn and mask questions will be answered in a lazy way in some DLC or future game only to shut us up, I guess. The creators let a lot of plot holes in the main story because they think we could swallow another father/son drama, which is pretty nice but far from the quality of the previous game though.
We also have Brok who had to let go when he found out that he died at one point. And, in contrast, we have Sindri who is most a long ways away from letting go of Brok when he died knowing he wouldn't ascend.
We need a connecting game like Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta. Something that starts with Kratos waking up recovering from his wound by the blade of Olympus and ends with him and Faye having Atreus.
@Nick Meale We don't? I enjoyed seeing some other labors Kratos performed for the Gods. It showed the extents to which he has gone for them and why he was so bitter. Wouldn't you wanna know how he ended up in Norse world and met Faye?
Some of these questions technically have answers. The pantheons all live in the same world, the world itself is a lot bigger. Mimir isn’t even from the 9 realms and to his own words in the previous game, he just walked from one land to another. Tyr traveled the world using the unity stone. There has to be a sort of natural way to leave your own land but for gods and other magical beings it must be harder for them because Mimir even said that Odin would try to conquer and rule over more than just the 9 realms if he could. The giants must have found one of these natural gateways and left the 9 realms so that they could hide from Odin. I think I know what the rift is. Athena ascended to something greater than a god this was confirmed by Cory Barlog and he even said that Athena gained vast unknown knowledge but when she did became overwhelmed and became just as bad as the other olympians. I think the rift and mask is a way to obtain that knowledge without the need to ascend. Athena managed it because if her pure selfless act of sacrifice to save Zeus, so the mask and rift is a shortcut
Still waiting for that one person to comment that the pantheons don't live on the same earth but in different Earth's/universe. Like it's already been confirmed but people still deny it.
@@jmedrano704 Freya says not of this realm because that portion of earth is owned by the Norse gods so she implies that because they consider that part of earth their own "realm"
The fallen God comics explain how he got to Midgard. He literally sailed and/ or walked there. I’m inclined to think the wolves dragging him there was just a dream foreshadowing future events. Besides, I would take what happens in the games as Canon before any comics or novels. So, if he says he walked or sailed there, then that’s what he did.
The comics are Canon as per developers. He rowed away from Greece. Landed in eygpt. Tried to get rid of the blades.. Couldn't.. Then rowed to skandinavia
I think Atreus' journey to find the missing giants is what will take us to new pantheons. Most mythologies have some sort of giant in them, so perhaps these will be Jotuns trying to start new lives outside of the nine realms. I imagine Atreus might inadvertently set off some disasters which Kratos will need to step in and fix.
I honestly wouldn't mind if Kratos' story ends with Ragnarok and we follow Atreus from here. I just don't think you can give Kratos a much better ending than he just received, whereas Atreus' story is just beginning
I believe Garms real tears gonna play a part of where we going next and Atreus defitnetly gonna go look for the other Giants and will most likely try to find a way to make it up to Sindri and try to retrieve Broks soul or something and that all conecte for them to be a part of the next game depending where they gonna go next
I think a main line God of war game will focus on a war with the Egyptian Gods. For the spinoff title, I feel Atreus will go to Ireland but not before he inherits Laevateinn from Surtr or at least Sinmara. Think about it. Why would Surtr craft so many swords if he was already going to use a giant Sword as Ragnarok? I think those swords were meant for a new generation of warriors to help defend the 9 realms after the war and Laevateinn was the perfect sword that he crafted and kept locked away to be inherited by a worthy leader of this new generation of warriors. Plus in mythology Sinmara locked Laevateinn in a Chest guarded by 9 locks so maybe at the beginning of said spinoff, Atreus goes to the next oldest giant, Sinmara, to search for clues and hints on where the other giants could be and she sends him on a short/slightly long quest to break open all 9 locks before he gains his newest weapon, though as a fiery replacement/equivalent of Ingrid(Ymir bless her and Freyr's souls)since it has been argued that Surtr's sword is possibly the same sword as both Freyr's Sword and Laevateinn.
@@henryonyeukwu9974surtr try forging a sword that can sustain a primordial fire for him to start ragnarok by himself, without sacrificing his wife sinmara. And he failed until kratos show up and blade of chaos contain some primordial fire too. That's why he imbued his fire in blade of chaos to stab sinmara heart in his body to become ragnarok.
I don’t mean to “uh actually”, but Kratos was saying that in reference to how people from his realm got around Greece, since Ratatoskr believed his realm also had a world tree.
My theory on Faye's death is she died of the same sickness that Atreus had in GoW 2018. She chose to live as a "mortal" instead of a giant and it killed her
giants ARE mortals though, aren't they? and it was discussed in 2018 that they could die naturally of age. for all we know, Faye could have been much older than we think.
I think a spinoff of atreus visiting another pantheon with tyr would work, meanwhile having flashbacks throughout of his journey to find the giants & then ultimately reintroduce kratos midway through like how the blades were in gow 2018
I’ve always thought that Faye could have put her soul into Leviathan similar to how Atreus put Fenrir’s soul into the knife. Her “death” was the catalyst that kicked off everything so I wonder if this could lead to Faye coming back in future?
I’m hoping they’re gonna step into Celtic or Egyptian mythology next. Mimir said something about Nimue, who you see in a lot of British/Celtic/Gaelic mythology. And he says something about kelpies too. So HOPEFULLY we’ll see it. 😊
It's funny considering Mimir is from the Celtic mythos. Originally called Puck. I always wondered why his accent seemed out of place, but it did make his character likable.
I wasn’t surprised that not all questions fro even the first game would be answered, as Angrboda said in the very end of the first trailer “You’ll get your answers soon enough…well, some of them at least”
i heard that when Kratos blew Gjallahorn it was so loud that it traveled back in time and it could be heard in the past, same goes for Jormungandr being sent back in time after a powerful strike by Thor.
@@goodside1807 the horn being heard across time was confirmed to be false. Someone during god of war 2018 actually blew the horn at that moment, NOT the future
I think Angrboda blew the horn in 2018 because everything needed to be in place on Kratos' and Atreus' journey, while atreus was ill she spoke to Jormungandr, which would make sense as she is a giant and so is the soul in the snake, so it would make sense they could communicate and they talked about Ironwood because if Jormungandr in 2018 is actually the one sent back in Ragnarok then Angrboda needed to ensure that he would be able to do it's task so when atreus creates Jormungandr again it will come full circle. And it makes even sense as Angrboda knows how to travel to places in Midgard and other realms without being seen as shown in Muspelheim when atreus was with thor. And I think the horn can only be blown by Gods or Giants as they would be the ones who could communicate with Jormungandr.
@@Qunarr She is a seer like her Mother and knows what is going to happen and what to do. Dad of war, when kratos was bringing Boy to Frigg we heard the horn... and that is when she did it. No need for time travel there as she did it when she was younger.
@@OnyxDStone then that wouldn’t explain how she traveled to Midgard. Because she never left ironwood. And she had no idea how to travel through realms without fenrir, and if she was younger then she didn’t even have fenrir.
My theory is that faye died of battle wounds after her fight with thor in the crater. Her giantess abilities kept her alive long enough to get back to midgard and heal her open wounds later to befouled deadly kratos thanks to internal bleeding.
Idea for a sequel Kratos doesn't willingly travel to Egypt. He's kidnapped by the Egyptian gods who heard about him killing Zeus and Odin so they decide to have him executed (not a perfect plot but it could work) Kratos escapes and decides to stick around when he finds out about all the slaves forced to build monuments etc We could even get a funny line from Mimir "aw no, not the animal men of the desert realm... these freaks are the worst!" (Or something like that)
You forgot that Ares was the first god to explode into magic, along with all the other Greek gods that Kratos killed in his OG franchise. So I just assumed that when Greek gods die, they explode into magic, and when Norse gods die, nothing magical happens. But it stills begs the question for Thor’s death, as you mentioned. Maybe Thor’s soul did travel to the Higher existence, or Santa Monica studios has plans for him, IDK
While playing the game I heard that Faye fought Thor with the Axe that’s also the reason for that frozen lighting in the plains in vanaheim so that’s maybe the cause of her death
My question was - that frosen lightning in vannaheim, was that simply the same battle Kratos had with Thor but in that case it was Fae? Because my theory was that the lightning is the same was the same one, and it meant that the 9 worlds are actually one, but in diferent time.
Sindri was/is upset. However, death is inevitable, as is Brok's destiny. From he failed to retrieve all of the soul pieces, Sindri himself doomed his brother.
For question 1. In an interview, I think Cory Barlog insinuiated that the different Pantheon Worlds exists in a manner similar to how the Nine Realms are portrayed in these games. Seperate worlds but are still somewhat connected. This is further proven due to the fact that the Greek World was stated to be a flat disk similar to how it's actually described in Myth, and nothing exists beyond that. So this could mean that when Kratos "killed" the Greek World, only that world was affected and not the others. Ofc, this is counted by the fact that in some instances they make it sound like they are connected like in our world and you can simply walk between these areas, so it's up in the air.
Well Kratos is now the protector of the Norse realms, I'd love to see a dlc where Kratos goes down that path in Helheim where we saw the Zeus vision...
I don't think Faye prophesied Kratos being a loved god. I think angraboda has the ability to write the future with her paintings. She did this and this saved Kratos from his original fate without knowing it. I believe this to be true as the colors and style that was painted matched her style in jotunheim.
I also think that there could be more than one prophecy very likely to happen. But are not set in stone until all is said and done. For example. Kratos could have been prophesized to die in one way. Or survive in another prophecy. That the final privacy was fulfilled due to many different reasons. Including not knowing about the final prophecy. And Kratos having the notion of free will and a foreknowledge of the bad prophecies, and taking actions to defy the bad prophecies.
How he got to the Norse pantheon got a bit explained, but it's implied by mimier that the Greek pantheon was in Midgard due to the fact that Mimir isn't isn't Norse, just migrated from the south but still knew of other pantheon
I really really want Kratos to go into a Japanese Mythology realm. So many legends and monsters can stem from that story line and itll also give reason to bring Atreus back for his search for giants or “Gashadokuro” in japans realm
@@Bigpalmi not a lot of games really take place in a mythological era. It’s always present day. But!! GhostWire Tokyo is an amazing game that I can see kratos adapting to!!!
I have an idea, maybe not a theory but it would be a good idea, what if Thor comes back as a spirit to help Atreus much like Athena (1) not the hatefilled Athena (2) did for Kratos? I mean Atreus did kind of befriend his daughter and there could be a bit of a link there. just an idea.
Personally I think there’s going to be a time jump involving Atreus in the next game. Things that point to the time travel or even a multiverse: -who blew the Serpent horn in GoW (2018)? -the hooded figure who led the wolves, might be Atreus, he’s got a connection with them (Garm, Fenrir, Etc.) -Atreus is visiting different lands to get answers, could make it around over there somewhere
Y’all gotta understand that the series is going towards ATLA tyr doing tai chi like waterbenders? The symbols of the 4 Nations? It’s gotta be the iconic Avatar the last airbender
Mimir also makes multiple references to Celtic and Arthurian mythos. And that location is closer than egypt. So i want to say atreus will visit the Celtic Pantheon. And Kratos will be forced back to egypt. Based on the events of the fallen god comic. Implying kratos will help them. Which falls in line with Kratos becoming the "rebuilder"
I think that differs country all have their own god. Which would make sense on how mimir has heard lots about kratos’s past the 9 realms could all be the same region they are just all very far so the gateway is the easiest way to travel
I hope they have bonus clips in game plus or updates answering these questions as flashbacks. It just feels so incomplete without them especially Thor like he is in another relam that you can challenge or Atreus bonus adventure content
Almost none of these questions need answers. Narratively, it only matters that Kratos survived and built a new life, Faye's death began the adventure that we witness, Athena is dead and as far as we need to know only exists as the voice of Kratos' self doubt, and that the Mask of Loki and rift were vehicles for the interraction of Atreus, Odin, Thor and Kratos. Everything else is fine left to mystery. Except for who blew the horn.
It appears that Kratos' departure from his current location may be contingent upon the apprehension of Atreus/Loki, presumably while the latter is in pursuit of the giants. In the event that Atreus is indeed captured, Angrboða's potential evasion thereof could likely serve as the impetus for her conveying the pertinent details to Kratos, thereby galvanizing his resolve to embark upon a quest to retrieve Atreus.
Also how did he resurrect himself when he impaled himself with the blade of olympus. More about that Hel bird Hraesvaeglir ? More about asgard and not just thei capital city. More about angrboda ? There should at least be some sort of dlc or at least a lore book or something.
At the end of God of War III, he was born virtually immortal, but he was cursed for his sins to never be able to die leading him to survive suicide by stabbing himself with the Blade of Olympus after refusing to give both the power of hope which is instead given to mankind for their future and contents of Pandora's Box.
Kratos showed that he has some form of regenerative abilities and Zeus himself survived an impalement. Maybe Athena showed some mercy and helped him despite her anger over losing Hope. I also noticed he died on a phoenix memorial which symbolizes death and rebirth.
From God of war 1, Athena Said the gods wouldn't allow him to die that day. Not by his own hands so maybe as part of his curse as ghost of sparta is he can't die by his own hands. Which would explain why he lived after seemingly killing himself. Also if anyone says "Why didn't that curse ware off as all the gods are dead?" Because perhaps that curse is one that can't be broken like how ghallahorn could of been destroyed by odin so no one can invade asgard but kratos has said. "Some artifacts are beyond destroying." so perhaps it's part of why the blades return to kratos everytime he tries to throw them away.
@@bizzaroblake2519 After God of War 2018 was released, Kratos's backstory of how he started his journey of running away from his home in Greece which is destroyed by himself in the majority of God of War III never explored until the Fallen God comic was released in 2021 (a year before Ragnarok was released) does learned that Kratos wanted to get rid of his Blades of Chaos that was forged in the darkest depths of the Underworld by Ares himself and gifted to him to save his life from the Barbarians in the first God of War in 2005 and use his new God weapon to kill all of the Barbarians including their leader only for it to throw it in multiple places during his departure from Greece to Egypt and his new exile home in Midgard but returns to him and was furious that he wanted to become a new person by hiding his terrible past and finally hides his blades under his new house until Athena was summoned again after both he and Atreus killed Thor's sons and finally uses the blades again in the 2018 game.
I like the idea of a game where we play as Atreus right after the events of ragnorak and him leaving. Then at the end of the game their could be a big kratos and mimir reveal where they reunite. Just an idea
It's the story that made this game great. Ppl play this game over and over looking for clues for what comes next. If they don't screw the story up, this will become a masterpiece. This game will be legendary. Ppl will still be playing this game for a long time to come. They just need to make sure the story ties in and all the loose knots tied up. They need to make the mystery compelling and broken over games. It needs to be like a TV series. But never forgetting the story as a whole.

well the first question was answered in one of the comic that after Kratos kill most of the greek god, he travel Midgard and it took him months or a year to get there and also that where he met Faye to and they actually fought to and it was statement and I have no doubt we going get a spinoff God of war, like we play a older Atreus and few years pass by and I totally think one thing going happend it that Atreus going come back to Midgard and he going see Kratos and freya married and he also find out he got a little sister or brother cause it was kinda tease that freya may got a little crush on Kratos and they was alone by the end of the game
Not an unanswered question for specifically ragnarok but for the whole series Why does kratos have the Blades of chaos and not the blades of exile? The ones Athena gave him in GOW 3
Concering Brok's fate I think if we get a game set in Egypt we could see as a side-quest Kratos, Atreus, or Sigrun aka whoever is the main playable character and Bastet(my guess on who the companion character is going to be) head to the Underworld and ask Bastet's cousin Anubis for help with Bastet mentioning that if anyone can repair a shattered KA and send said individual to the afterlife it will be Anubis as he's the God of the Dead, and Embalming and when our main protagonist duo asks Anubis if he can repair Brok's KA and allow Brok to enter the afterlife Anubis will reveal that yes he can but as he'll our lead playable protagonist and Bastet do a task for him as payment due to as the Jackel-headed deity puts it "repairing a shattered KA is not a cheap task with a massive payment so it only makes since that my price for repairing this person Brok's KA and allowing him entry into the afterlife is having you 2 do a task for me."
As far as the setting and plot for the next game, I have thoughts. So, switching between different lores (Greek, Norse, Egyptian etc.) definitely will get stale after awhile for fans. So developers need to plan their next move very carefully. I think Egyptian gods are a very real possibility or maybe even the return of Titans or pagan gods or old gods that came before all gods idk. I think we're definitely not done with the realm tear that was connected to the mask there's no way they're going to leave that unanswered and we're definitely not done with giants. And whole thing with Atreus and Angrboda putting a soul back into the giant snake in the game is definitely a subtle yet direct acknowledgement that the mentioned snake is indeed jormungandr as they are technically the biological parents of it. And then you have Kratos and Freya who are just off doing their own thing to help the nine realms recover from Odin's tyranny which is pretty open-ended at this point. It's getting pretty ambitious and I'm not getting any younger lol
I think a main line God of war game will focus on a war with the Egyptian Gods. For the spinoff title, I feel Atreus will go to Ireland but not before he inherits Laevateinn from Surtr or at least Sinmara. Think about it. I do wonder if the Mask is actually meant to be anything. Like if it's from Mythology or not. Cause my first thoughts when seeing it was Loki's Mask in "The Mask". Jim Carrey and all. They'd changed the comics and perposed that it was Loki's mask which would oddly fit here but be like...one of the only parts of ragnarok not at least based in classical myth.
Theory: Athena sacrificed herself for Zeus that is she got turned into partical. I think thor was the one who kills kratos in the prophecy that the giant told. And at end where Kratos explain thor. thor somehow the giant could have told 2 prophecies to thor where he kills kratos and where he sacrificed himself and he chose to sacrifice himself for kratos that is why he also turns into practicals.
I'm convinced Thor and Faye are children of Fjorgyn. Not sure if they share a father in Odin but I do believe they are siblings. I think there is a familial resemblance between the two and multiple parallels that would suggest such a connection. This also makes sense when considering Atreus and Thrud. They have a connection that could easily be that of cousins. Plus I like to think of Thor as Atreus' drunk uncle. A not-so-pleasent thought is that would also mean Atreus brutally murdered his older cousin Modi in brutal tho...
I believe that Atreus (From the future) blew the horn. I think that he will master time travel just like the serpent accidentally doing it. Also he is the one responsible for the death of his mother to kick off the events that led to ragnarok.
Woah what if Athena created the mask and set Odin up for obsession. The mask is the same color as her aura. She did ascend to become a higher being with great knowledge.
I think if kratos would’ve killed Thor the original prophecy would’ve came true. Also I don’t think these are prophecy’s by the giants, Ragnarok already happened, Remember yormangander got sent back in time in the Thor fight so it had to already happen. I think they went back in time to help kratos change the outcome of the fight.
Atraeus from the distant future blew the horn! All of the unanswered questions throughout the games will be answered in the culminating game! It’ll all make sense and be shown like a small Doctor Who style montage eventually. That’s what I believe anyway lol.
If Kratos does go to the Egyptian Pantheon, the main Boss would either be Seth the God of War, Amun-Ra the God of Creation or Anubis the God of the Dead
Kratos's proposal to Freya at the Final scene of the story. Will Freya be Krato's battle companion in future GOW Chapters?. After Kratos said "There is much to do, much to rebuild, will you join me?" Freya response " We're see to it, together". Love to see Kratos and Freya together in some fashion in future GOW Instalments just from her response. Whether it is romantic or just to be a battle companion. along with Mimir hitching a ride. One last thing, is Tyr actually Jesus?
What if krato's son spin off game will be based on time travel and he would be the one who captures kratos to bring him to the norse pantheon, also could also explain who blew the horn

in my opinion, they will release a game that will last a few hours with Atreus as the protagonist looking for the giants. at the end of this game Atreus discovers that the giants are in Egypt, he calls Kratos, who strangely is with Tyr, and they head towards Egypt. Subsequently, a new God of War will be released which sees Kratos as the protagonist accompanied by Tyr and Atreus who towards the end of the game will reach his goal. In the middle Tyr reveals to Kratos that they will have to convince that Pantheon's God of War for a greater purpose. In another game Kratos and Tyr are forced to use strong methods and at the end of the game the three Gods of War reach a destination to visit Jesus, like the three wise men.
4:05 my theory isn’t really a good one but I think Faye died because of Kratos. in other words since she had a child with someone from another pantheon, she developed a fatal sickness that couldn’t be avoided

I liked the comment. I loved the ending. 🤌🏾🤣😭

Both horn and mask questions will be answered in a lazy way in some DLC or future game only to shut us up, I guess.
Good thinking 👌🏿
Still waiting for that one person to comment that the pantheons don't live on the same earth but in different Earth's/universe. Like it's already been confirmed but people still deny it.
Hmm, so maybe Faye's death was also some form of ascension, sacrifice for greater good, to put Kratos and Atreus on their path.

My theory on Faye's death is she died of the same sickness that Atreus had in GoW 2018. She chose to live as a "mortal" instead of a giant and it killed her
Wasn’t the sickness just the Spartan Rage passed down from Kratos? Idk tbh but i think the sickness was from Kratos’ side somehow
giants ARE mortals though, aren't they? and it was discussed in 2018 that they could die naturally of age. for all we know, Faye could have been much older than we think.

Me too. Like that Literally makes the MOST sense
I’m hoping they’re gonna step into Celtic or Egyptian mythology next. Mimir said something about Nimue, who you see in a lot of British/Celtic/Gaelic mythology. And he says something about kelpies too. So HOPEFULLY we’ll see it. 😊

“You’ll get your answers soon enough…well, some of them at least”
i heard that when Kratos blew Gjallahorn it was so loud that it traveled back in time and it could be heard in the past, same goes for Jormungandr being sent back in time after a powerful strike by Thor.
False, devs confirmed it as just a myth
@@jplayzz8542 which one he said 2 myths
@@goodside1807 the horn one, the Thor one isn’t really a myth, it just happens
Except the issue with this is, angrboda would’ve had to travel back in time to blow the horn. Fenrir can travel through realms, not time travel.
@@Qunarr She is a seer like her Mother and knows what is going to happen and what to do. Dad of war, when kratos was bringing Boy to Frigg we heard the horn... and that is when she did it. No need for time travel there as she did it when she was younger.

Legit what I was thinking. ✊🏽
And if that's true, then that means she got pregnant, birthed, and birth while being half dead or dying already. Wow.
Idea for a sequel
Kratos doesn't willingly travel to Egypt. He's kidnapped by the Egyptian gods who heard about him killing Zeus and Odin so they decide to have him executed (not a perfect plot but it could work)
Kratos escapes and decides to stick around when he finds out about all the slaves forced to build monuments etc
We could even get a funny line from Mimir "aw no, not the animal men of the desert realm... these freaks are the worst!" (Or something like that)
You forgot that Ares was the first god to explode into magic, along with all the other Greek gods that Kratos killed in his OG franchise.
The comments are more intresting than the video itself. Love the various outlook some comments have.
I swear the Giants being alive was a major retcon. Jotunheim was the safest places for them. Doesn’t make sense for them to leave to another realm.
That's the thing. They didn't leave for another realm. They went to another pantheon entirely. Probably Egypt.
I just beat the game three days ago I’m loving these videos coming out
i finished the game a few days ago and i still love it even tho i played it for hours non stop
He said same world separated by geography
My question is will Loki have his own stand alone game in the future or does kratos have more unfinished business

Mimir isn't isn't Norse, just migrated from the south but still knew of other pantheon
I really really want Kratos to go into a Japanese Mythology realm. So many legends and monsters can stem from that story line and itll also give reason to bring Atreus back for his search for giants or “Gashadokuro” in japans realm

We're definitely getting a sequel, will be awesome to see the location and setting
1:32 we already know how the realms are linked. Cory Barlog discussed it in a conference.
Personally I think there’s going to be a time jump involving Atreus in the next game. Things that point to the time travel or even a multiverse:
-who blew the Serpent horn in GoW (2018)?
-the hooded figure who led the wolves, might be Atreus, he’s got a connection with them (Garm, Fenrir, Etc.)
-Atreus is visiting different lands to get answers, could make it around over there somewhere
Naw, the Aesir etc are done. It has to keep going forward or at the most sideways but not backwards.
Remember in chains of Olympus... apparently, persia exists as well as djinns...
For a long time I've had this image of Kratos in Egypt. He's piloting Ra's sun boat, and having to fight the sky-filling form of Apophis.
Y’all gotta understand that the series is going towards ATLA tyr doing tai chi like waterbenders? The symbols of the 4 Nations?
It’s gotta be the iconic Avatar the last airbender
Whatever happens idc,i just don’t wanna wait for a couple of yrs just to see a gow series without kratos
You missed one question, what happened to the Dragons we freed in GOW 2018
It just feels so incomplete without them especially Thor like he is in another relam that you can challenge or Atreus bonus adventure content
another question, if Ironwood is a secret, then how did monsters get there?
Almost none of these questions need answers. Narratively, it only matters that Kratos survived and built a new life, Faye's death began the adventure that we witness, Athena is dead and as far as we need to know only exists as the voice of Kratos' self doubt, and that the Mask of Loki and rift were vehicles for the interraction of Atreus, Odin, Thor and Kratos. Everything else is fine left to mystery. Except for who blew the horn.
What does Kratos eat? And has that appetite led to Mimir's suffocation of sulfuric anomalies out of the posterior?
I have an interesting idea for an Atreus spin-off title where Sindri is the main villain while Atreus and Angrboda search for the remaining Giants
already been confirmed that the pantheons exist like a multiverse. different galaxies
By the end of it all, Sindrys grief was the most painful thing.. he deserved pain less than anyone in that franchise
My biggest questions is, who blow that horn im still on that
Me too my friend
The director of GOW R said he isn’t gonna touch on it anytime soon. 😂
Is kratos

Here’s an idea: a coop or single player game with Atreus and thrúd with mjölnir

An Atreus game called "God of Mischief" would be perfect.
I think they went back in time to help kratos change the outcome of the fight.

in my opinion, they will release a game that will last a few hours with Atreus as the protagonist looking for the giants. at the end of this game Atreus discovers that the giants are in Egypt, he calls Kratos, who strangely is with Tyr, and they head towards Egypt.
We still dont know how exactly Faye died
I always thought the horn blower was baldur
The horn thing never bothered me. It felt insignificant to the story. A mystery for the sake of a mystery.
Have Kratos go to Britain, dealing with Celtic Gods and Camelot, maybe have him end up in the Land Of Shadows and meet Scathach
At 9.38 it shows the celtic triskele
I believe that the beauty is in not knowing all the answers to these questions, not all the questions have to be answered also having all the answers to all these questions falls into an infinite cycle of more questions
Imagine a DLC of the OG timeline where Kratos dies
half the mysteries can be solved if theres and spin off on atreaus journey in post game
3:45 Because plot beeds to happen and the devs hadn't wrapped heir minds yet for a believable reason for why a GIANT, who lives a peaceful live, would die out of nowhere, without creating contradictions.
the main director for the game said that each pantheons/realms ( , Greek, Egypt , Nordic ) co exist one another by a physical grid. my question is. how does the other nine realms of norse mythology co exist with the rest too, cause they said Midgard IS Scandinavia, but what about the rest of the realms?
