    This is Great! Believe it or not.. Minor to Medium Shoulder injury is treated by excercise only. Only very severe cases require surgery. Not even best Racket in the world can compensate for a bad shoulder..

    Coach, Thank You for the video and the tips for the shoulder strengthen. I'm now with knee pain. Can't jogging, running, skipping & jumping. At the time of playing Some of the movement I got the pain in knees. What can I do..? Also post strengthen videos for knee pain... 🙏🙏🙏

    Thanks for this video. One question I have what if someone has shoulder dislocation issue, can he or she do the internal and external rotator exercises? Will it help or any other exercises to follow?

      It will always be best to have a go from your personal doctor or physical therapists as we all heal differently and have different body types... i always want to be sure, confirm with a specialist who has seen you personally before doing exercises from an injured area😁🏸

      Pls do take notice on the pain. Soreness is fine but when there is sharp pain, observe and if it keeps bugging you, i would suggest you have it checked. Do these strengthening exercises with caution pls as we don’t want unnecessary strain! 😁🏸

    How much weight would you recommend for a 11 year old boy?

      If he’s never done weights before let him do the movement/exercises without weights and slowly build up the weight. You can can start with 2-3 lbs first and as he gets stronger then you can slowly increase. Never force a weight he’s not comfortable with bec he might do the exercises differently and we won’t get our targetted results. Thanks! 😁🏸

      It really depends on your strength and even for men it varies. I suggest you start with a relatively light one and slowly work on your strength by increasing the weight only when you already feel stronger. 😁🏸

      My favorite of all time is yonex bg 65 the strings are just right in its thickness so it doesn’t break easily... but i will eventually come up with a video on different strings and its advantages😁🏸

      If you we’re to buy dumbells you should have real light ones for certain exercises (5 lbs) for those wrist and small movements but also a heavier one ranging 10-15 lbs depending on your strength! 😁🏸

    Hi i am advanced player , using Astrox 88d (head heavy ) racquet and using Yonex exbolt 63 string tension is 24
    I am facing upper arm pain (in veins)
    After smashing
    I am hardhitter back court player .
    Please suggest me how to recover from the pain in upper arm after smashing ?
    Due to this pain i am not even able to smash continuously
    I am facing terrible pain after 1st smash

      Please have that checked by an expert to know if u need some time off to allow it to heal and recover as it might eventually cause pains in other areas or maybe they’d tell u to just cut down a but of playing time and give u strengthening exercises.       Pain shouldn’t be there for very long. If its soreness or overuse, its should just last a few days but if it’s been there for quite awhile, it might be best to see a doctor. I can only suggest to ice for 15 min after playing if its just soreness... but if its sharp pains, pls do have it checked before it affects other areas. Thanks! 😁🏸

      2 to 3x a week. You can interchange sometimes doing this before you play and sometimes after. I dont like having a pattern only bec competitions dont have patterns, there are days that opponents are harder and there are days they are easier so we have to be able to work through it... 😁🏸

    Mam.. I'm playing badminton but I already have shoulder dislocation problem.. many of them said u need surgery for that problem....but I ❤️ badminton...I luv to play... can I srengthen it whith these exercises..and avoid surgery & cure permanently..?? I ask this u because u see lot players in ur Experience about rotator cuff injury... that's y... ..pls give me a solution

      I would always go with what doctors and physical therapists tell you to do bec all these are still case to case in terms of how severe a condition is. Always seek for a second opinion. I can fully understand your frustration but when you trust an expert in their field they can make you better and who knows stronger maybe! Hoping your shoulder heals soon! 😁🏸

    Ma'am is it dangerous that a click sound comes from the shoulder with a little pain while it clicks?

      Observe it, if its a one time thing maybe you didnt get to warm up well or somethings off that day but if pain is sharp and consistent, better have it checked😁🏸

    mam, we play badminton 6 days a week and 1-2 hours everyday. So can you please tell me is it ok to strengthening the muscles apart from playing, won't it will put extra load to our muscles.??? Thankyou in advance

      Strengthening the muscles is important if you want to improve and advance into better game play. Do things with caution. Ofcourse it would help if someone could fix a good program for you but if not you can work you way slowly adding exercises to your usual game play. 😁🏸
