I saw Prince jump off a grand piano at a show, while playing guitar. It's worth mentioning that he had on high heel shoes, sticks the landing and doesn't miss a beat. I'm sitting there thinking, "this guy is from another planet."
That's what eventually put him on pain medication. He gave everything each time he performed. He tore his body up. His hips caused him incredibly severe pain. The heels, the splits, the jumping off pianos it all caught up and eventually took his life.

Guitar virtuoso. Prince was an absolute genius on guitar where it melted into his body hear & soul ~ like Jimi ~ I saw Hendrix many times. Jimi & Prince aghhhhhhhhhhhhhh to think what they could have done together
That audience witnessed one of the greatest performance of all time . Nothing compares to that today . It’s like they wrapped up Hendrix and James Brown
Oh my God, such an electrifying performance, his movements are so flawless, and smooth with style to his music, then comes his brilliance performance on his guitar.
@Tammantha Shaw Prince is one of a kind he was so talented, he could sing, he could dance, he was a great song writer, he was a bad ass musician. Some people believe it or not aren't aware that Prince was able to play about 23 different instruments in fact on one of his other albums he did it all himself playing all the instruments in the recording studio. Now how many artist can say they can play 23 different instruments? I love this Purple Rain album I never get tired of it I also have some of his older music too. Prince is just the kind of artist you never get tired of his music from way back then still sounds just as good today as far as I'm concerned. Prince will be missed.
@@tammanthashaw9299 Prince was amazing I remember his music when he first started out and I was still in school. It's really true Prince was able to play about 23 different instruments now how many artist in the world can say the same? Not very many. Prince made an impact around the world. I remember the all girl band The Bangles their first big hit was a song called Manic Monday they did a decent job but that song was written by Prince. Same thing with Sinead O'Connor her first big hit Nothing Compares to U was also written by Prince. My point is that Prince inspired so many people and if it wasn't for him those other artist I just mentioned never would've had their very first huge hit singles. Now The Go Go's that all girl band was different and that's because they wrote all of their own songs and played their own instruments making history to be the first all female band to hit number 1 on the Billboard charts. Back to Prince, he passed away way too young but his music will forever live on he wrote many wonderful songs. On a different topic during this Christmas season I leave you and everyone this video message of words of encouragement and blessings. ua-cam.com/video/D9iLcNd9h3c/v-deo.html
@@talkshow4377 Also I forgot to mention thanks for letting me know about the other Artist that Prince wrote songs for, I didnt know that, and yes your right, Prince did inspire people all over the World. We love him so. He's one of the reasons why I decided to pick up a guitar and start learning to play. In one interview, with George Lopez, that I recently saw, he said Everyone should learn to play the guitar, it took him years to play and master, but most importantly for the children to learn and appreciate music, to play instruments, not just some chip or solo sound.

gonzchi Agreed!!!
gonzchi please don't mention Bowie in the same sentence as Prince. Bowie couldn't sing, write or dance as well as Prince.

Guitar virtuoso. Prince was an absolute genius on guitar where it melted into his body hear & soul ~ like Jimi ~ I saw Hendrix many times. Jimi & Prince aghhhhhhhhhhhhhh to think what they could have done together
WHAT A BADASS! THAT'S ALL I CAN SAY! BADASS!
That audience witnessed one of the greatest performance of all time . Nothing compares to that today . It’s like they wrapped up Hendrix and James Brown
From the 1:50 mark on it is pure Prince psychedelic music.
@@talkshow4377 I agree with you 💯. Love your reply, you are so right. You said some important information here that I don't know. Love yah.
@@talkshow4377 Love your reply, I didn't know he could play 23 instruments, your right how many instruments can do that in his time.
Prince was a legend. :)
