Hi John, I've been working on your video on Mastering the art of text behind objects. It cost me blood sweat and tears......, through my own fault of course. I was working on part of text between two objects. It went completely wrong when I had to make a key-frame. Instead of checking position I put it continuously at compostiting............. Phew man it took me more than 10 minutes to discover my stupid mistake. Of course that is due to the fact that I do not have a perfect command of the English language, both spoken and reading. If it were, I would have found out sooner. But yes if it doesn't work then you think shit somewhere something is not right but eventually found it and the result was great so finally managed to bring it to a good end. regards, Harry
We all make these mistakes Harry but it's what makes us better video editors. Knowing there is something wrong then finding it and fixing it is what makes the whole process more enjoyable...in the end 😀. Keyframing has caused me a few issues in the past when I have forgot to do a start keyframe and have ended up with most of the video do something that I didn't want it to do so I know what you mean.
