Yeah, it's a nice house, but the price tag is way too high. Is Wimbledon THAT expensive?
@@MrSuperman957 Yes Wimbledon really is THAT expensive - my family and I have lived in the area for 20+ years. I've seen some house tours that they've done on this channel for houses that were 400-800k and here in Wimbledon you can bet they would be 900k -2 million. For reference a 1 bed 1 bath flat here ( new build at a similar standard of this house) and the surrounding areas like Putney/Fulham can cost you 300-500k.

I think I'm in a minority, but I was totally unimpressed by this house - I know it's an expensive area, but the lift and bottom level gave me office vibes, rather than elegant home, and the doors, cupboards etc didn't look very special.

The one in milton keynes for 1.3 was way better and half the price
I agree about the office vibes, but I think once it’s fully furnished with a family personality, it’ll look a lot different. I didn’t like the tv room, it reminds me of meeting rooms in my office as they’re all done with the black framed glass, and the furniture was more office than cosy.
I completely agree! Some of the layouts of the rooms especially the master just seemed a bit uncomfortable and didn’t flow like a functional house to me!
This house’s layout threw me off for some reason, it’s a nice house but something about the layout isn’t sitting right with me!! Keep up the good work guys, one day I will buy a house from one you showed🥰
Yep, ground floor wasted as office and second living room. Change it to kitchen, dining, living, and make the whole of the lower ground/basement for entertaining. Cinema room with glass doors? Fail. Guest bedroom in lower ground with no en suite? Then master bedroom the proportions were wrong. Looked tiny.
Good size plot, good property, just poorly conceived, particularly for that money.
A lot of these houses don’t have good *feng shui* ☯️

And in general they are just great youtubers
They deserve 1 mil😌, so let's try to get them to 1mil but the end of the year😌😌😌🙂😏😏😏

I guess you are paying for the area. The house is really not that attractive except for the general living area.

This is area looks like a proper village, especially the high st. The houses in this area have really beautiful houses and front garden too.
I have never been so undecided, i'm not sure about this house, for some reason it did not blow me away...............
This my exact feeling as I’m watching it. The inside does not compliment the outside. It’s appears simplistic, although I am aware it isn’t a finished product, but I think this will be the look the developer is going for. It’s missing grandeur in my opinion.

i agree with you, i didn't like the layout that much to be honest and little things about the property annoyed like in the main bedroom the wardrobe area the door frame wasn't in the center 😂
prolly because there is no asymmetry anywhere around and inside, doors, window opening, sky ceiling, garden, room layouts
External is great but internal is disappointing. That second bathroom was awful.

The concrete floors and recessed LED lighting throughout the house made for a cold, corporate feel. No appeal no matter the price.
This is my favourite house you’ve shown so far! Could do without the elevator and LED lights but the outside and kitchen is 👌🏾

As one who likes to know how things work, I would appreciate a bit more detail inside the plant rooms. What's there? Why were the particular products chosen and what are their features? Those are definitely selling points in a modern, newly constructed home. That said, keep up the great work!

In your future videos could you demonstrate that the walls are not hollow by tapping the walls? A lot of these new builds have paper thin walls that make for horrible privacy

I feel like the properties in Solihull that you showed the other day is finished to a much better standard than this for 3.5M please if you can could you show some mind range price properties in SE london

Hooray..! It’s perfectly fits for me. I found it. Location - Yes. Lay out - Yes. Flooring- Yes. Lightings - Yes. Color - Yes. Kitchen. Dining - Yes. Cinema room - I may put in a sofa bed and call it “Lazy Room”. Garden - Big Yes. Elevator - Big Yes. Room size - Ermmm Yes. Pricing - Reasonably Yes. I guess. What’s the surroundings like? House facing? Lastly... Matt & Summer... Yes thank you

Looks quite impressive from the exterior, and I can understand some saying that for the price you'd expect to not have neighbouring properties so close, but that's the price you pay for living in much of London. Space is at a premium, so whatever you're paying for a home in the capital it's unlikely you're going to be living completely separate from others. Two points, is it me, or do the toilets all look like they're really low down? Also, when a room is defined as the 'cinema room' I'd expect to see an actual cinema screen, the type which descends from the ceiling, rather than a TV. As it has a lift I'd be able to live there. Yeah, I actually like this property.

Wow wow wow this has to be my favourite property yet, what a dream home and in an amazing location! While £3.35m is rather out of my price range, it’s a fair price for that beautiful house. I’ll keep dreaming 💭

I work in Wimbledon Village. Amazing houses in the area with some very rich residents (I work in interior design) and this new build is a bit of a let down compared to other new builds or older properties

I personally wouldn’t open the door for anyone I didn’t know, remotely. It would have to be face to face for me no matter how inconvenient. Strangers could rob you etc.

A rather unwelcoming arrangement on the outside for that price tag followed by an array of compartments on the inside making for poor feeling of space and natural flow through the home.
Rather surprised at the presence of "marble effect" work surface and tiles at this price point.

Bathrooms by Wickes, average carpentry. Kitchen is basic dressed up with try-hard lighting. Too many rooms without natural light and very little garden. Astro turf looks comical. Far superior period houses by the common for less money. Nouveau riche chav footballers property.
