Fun fact about Hurricane, Utah: the city's name is officially not pronounced the same way as the storm. No, I don't know why. But its in the same state that has Tooele and the Oquirrh Mountains. Which are probably not pronounced how you expect if you're reading those names for the first time.
I heard a lot about this funnily enough, I actually thought to myself after finishing the script that I'll pronouce it properly, but when I went to record the lines I completely forgot and pronouced it the same way as the storm. Can't win them all hahaha
To be fair, everyone that's not from Hurricane pronounces it normally, like the storm. It's only people from Hurricane lmao. Another point I'd like to bring up: Duchesne. I've asked people from the midwest (I, myself, am from Utah) to pronounce the city's name to be met with "Du-chez-knee". Mind boggling.
Loved your last video, felt like a whole movie. But really, this is better. Not only did you clear some misconceptions up, it’s also simpler and gives us a brief but clear idea of what happened. Thank you for actually handling criticism well and improving things here.

Why did william kill henry's daughter? It made sense in the original video cause henry didnt let william work with him at the new restaurant but now its just out of nowhere
well piecing together what i've seen, doesn't william drive to henry's business in the mini games, and then drive off angrily? i might be remembering wrong, but based on that alone i think it would be safe to say that henry had turned him down on SOMETHING. which made him drive away angrily, plotting his horrible plan to kill his own best friends CHILD.
@@charaprice5317 In the mini game, after going to the jrs location and being turned down, he goes straight home. The mini game is specifically named “later that night” in the files. Some of you may be asking: "What's the evidence for some of these facts?". Here: - Michael having the nightmares was confirmed by the Survival Logbook. He answered the "Do you have dreams?" question with a drawing of Nightmare/Nightmare Fredbear. The logbook takes place after fnaf 1 and SL. - Sister Location's place in the timeline was confirmed by Henry's Insanity ending recording, Candy Cadet's stories and the Ultimate Guide Book which confirmed that those things were talking about the remnant of the original children being put in the Funtimes after William destroyed the animatronics. - Michael wasn't fired for odor because he's a walking rotting corpse, but because Fazbear entertainment fires people by giving them stupid reasons. This was said by Tape Girl in FNaF Help Wanted

Part of me wishes it was Evan that tortured William in purgatory instead of Cassie because Evan just makes more sense to me. But regardless, William got what he deserved.
@@benb4192 I would say he indirectly killed him by creating the Springlock animatronics, not giving a care about Evan, being abusive and aggressive towards Evan, and letting his brother prank, bully, and make fun of him. All of those points were because of William and it led to Evan's death.
thats what happens in the fnaf vhs tapes by squimpus mcquimpus i believe, evan HATES william for what he did and he's the one who 'brings hell' to him. and honestly i agree, it makes more sense that way

FNAF has been a huge part of my childhood. Me and my friends used to play it at 3am in sleepovers and it was sick. Back then I had no idea the game even had a lore and even thought Bonnie was a girl like most people at the time. Scott has been a gift to mankind for his amazing work that inspired many fan games and gave life to a massive brand of books, plushies, games, toys and much more. Thank you Scott, and thank you Hiper Droid for this amazing summary of this amazing franchise.
This timeline video is really good! Loved the detail in the others but this is just a really good straight up it is what it is timeline. Also loved you used the Souls Animation from Soul Eater :) One of the best mid 2000s animes, Manga was better but oh well lol
Elizabeth dying before crying child afton makes wayyyy more sense. Because he could've witnessed the last second of it and could also be the reason that he sees a stomach mouth inside fredbear.
THANK YOU SO MUCH. I have been TRYING SO HARD to find the actual lore and storyline of the games and their backstories, but all I could find were people's theories based on info given, not the actual info given. Thank you.
He has changed the lore in the past at least once. He has ideas and puts them in place but likely doesn't have a clue about how this is all tied together and going to end.
I believe that in FNAF 4 we're basically playing as Evan and that the nightmare animatronics are hallucinations created by William Afton to prevent Evan from interacting with the real animatronics, after the incident with Elizabeth. This can be confirmed from FNAF 5, when you play against Ennard in the security room. There are 3 screens there, which show the rooms Evan was having the nightmares, meaning that William was controlling Evan's hallucinations. Also, there's a theory that Old Man Consequences is actually Henry Emily, because he tries to free all souls from the animatronics, and that's why he's motivating Golden Freddy to rest.
Golden Freddy has two souls in him? Okay now that makes sense. Because I was like >Why tf is Cassidy possessing him if Michael's little brother is already there? >Isn't Happiest Day about the little brother? >What about the "It's me" signs that appear with Golden Freddy in FNAF 1? Now I realize those are all lil bro Afton (who was already possessing the suit), while Cassidy's corpse is actually physically present inside the Fredbear suit, thus having two souls haunting one animatronic. Similarly, having one soul seems to allow the animatronics to have some supernatural abilities, but having *two* souls is probably what gives Golden Freddy more "magical" power. He teleports, shows up as a hallucination, and causes hallucinations about other things (like signs & posters), which none of the other animatronics seem to be capable of. This must be the combined power of Chomp Afton's & Cassidy's souls together.
I won't try to compare this video and the other timeline as they are 2 different things, one being a documentary/movie style video and the other just spitting facts. I liked both of them, keep it up!
And with this we come to the (likely) end of Hyper Droid's fantastic FNaF lore videos. Thanks for being on the journey with us and I wish you well on your next project. Also thanks to Scott for creating it all, you didn't deserve to be forced into retirement. (Also I like FNAF:SB, the fans rushed SWS and then complain that there are bugs like what do you expect)
the end of this damn game timeline indeed, but thank YOU all for watching, I appericate it all a lot :) Obviously we can all thank Scott Cawthon, it's unfortunate he retired. But I agree with SB being rushed, there's SO MUCH CUT CONTENT, such a shame, could've been the greatest FNAF game to release :/
Is this more accurate? Probably, I'm not that much of a FNAF nerd. Is it more fun than the other 2022 complete timeline? Not really, the other feels like a movie, you put weight into everything, and is so fun to watch So yeah, is really good that you did both of them. Excellent work, mate
ok yep this is already a VAST improvement and I basically have no issues with it well done and I particular appreciate you cutting out all the unnecessary fluff and character dialogue, really makes it feel more concise
Keep in mind about security breach when the latest fnaf:tales from pizzaplex is released. Like the previous books. Theres gonna be info we might need to know to understand sb later on since right now we know not much about it.
A great condensed version of the FNaF story! One thing that irks me about the theory of Michael working at the Fazbears pizza places, is that why would he work at a place directly linked to his brothers death (twice) and at his fathers company (unsure on their relationship but I don’t think it’s on good grounds seeing as Michael caused the bite)
Awesome video! Thanks for making such a complete and clear video in just 16 minutes. Very well put together. I would totally watch a video on the books if you make one. But looking forward to whatever you make next.
Okay this was really awesome, I took detailed notes and used color coded highlighters, this is a reason I am glad I learned at least how to take notes in school. It may be the only reason, but school wasn't completely useless, I know how to properly take notes on fnaf
Ngl, i liked your older video better because i watched it last night and you updated it this morning for me. In the older video, you went more in depth with every big event in the timeline of the lore, and me who hasnt played fnaf understood it pretty well and i thought this video was a LOT more confusing because all the events just got glossed over.
The video seems to "gloss over all the events" because the games themselves provide very limited info, very little dots to connect. The other video was a nice watch because it had a LOT of creative freedom put into it, making it inaccurate to the lore in many spots. This version is highly more accurate and presents what we know thus far with proper evidence to back it up. You could watch gameplay of the released games to see the dots they provide.
@@dorkothedamaja1389 Not everything is. See Jeremy being Michael, the bite of 87 victim being the guard mentioned in night 4 and Cassidy and the crying child sharing Golden Freddy
Good shit man, but I liked the original vid to made. Had a more dramatic feel. It was just a more interesting take on the story as a whole. I know this one is “more accurate” but since I’m not a die hard fan. I prefer the way you did it the first time
although I feel like the hate for the other timeline wasn’t necessary bc as a new fnaf viewer I just wanted to know wtf was going on 💀 I liked this video too! good content :)
as a new fnaf viewer, you obviously don’t know all of the complex lore from the games and the books, so obviously the long cohesive storyline would’ve made sense to you. The reason why the other timeline got hate is because it was inaccurate and didn’t hold up against the lore. It has several inaccuracies and assumptions that were added just to make the story more “cohesive” and dramatic. this video used actual lore to create a timeline.
@@vipdf That is an okay outlook but parts of the inaccuracies was on where characters were and how they were interacting. The big one being the vengeful spirit who is with high confidence Cassidy not the crying child.
huge fan of your timelines! sad to hear there was hate from the past ones. Good job on this and all the previous ones. (personally prefer the really long version, since it's like a movie)
he got hate on the last one because it had several inaccuracies, plus he added in random storytelling moments that don’t appear/aren’t confirmed anywhere in the books or the games. it was less of a factual, lore-driven timeline, and more of a fanfiction/head canon version of the story. His old timeline doesn’t hold up against the lore.
His previous timeline was a well written story. It had issues with being consistent with the primary lore of the games. You can liken it to fanfiction. It was a well written one and might arguably be better than the source material but it isn't the true story of the source material.
5 kids die in the MCI, if the BV was already dead, he wouldn't be added on to William's MCI kill count, mostly because William didn't kill him and it happened at a different time
@@HyperDroid Did i say that BV was one of the MCI victims? I did not. And let's don't forget that the pinktail girl from FNaF 4 says "And if you die, they hide your body and never tell anyone." This is a direct reference to the MCI, everything about FNaF 4 says that MCI occurs before FNaF 4.
The very first Fazbear Frights book Into The Pit has pretty much revealed that the first Missing Kids Incident occurred in 1985, you have to remember that even though the FF books are from a different alternate timeline to the games, they exist solely to clarify and reveal some missing facts and plotholes relating to the game lore by drawing parallels to each other

This video was extremely well put together and covers everything with evidence. Despite it not being as full as your other videos, I think the evidence makes this one much more solid. But again, great video, can't wait to see more!

Thanks for this! What I really enjoyed about the last timeline even if it wasn’t perfectly accurate was the mindset and story of William Afton. This was so great! Thank you for all your hard work!!
yeh this one was more for the diehard fans and/or brand new fans who wanted to know the lore, I saw a lot of people critising the other one but some sending that one as the one true timeline, and this was to put a stop to that, showing that there were a lot of things wrong, but THANK YOU :))
@@HyperDroid but what a daunting task! There’s a lot to tell! I still enjoy watching the last one Bc even though we now know somethings are different, you still captured the essence of a madman at the heart of FNAF. 👏👏
@@HyperDroid I’m honored you responded! 🤩
@@HyperDroid i gotta be honest this video was very interesting to cover some question i had proof previous videos, but the past video taking everything from specific perspective and creating a cohesive storyline was a masterpiece. Great work.

THIS video is why I'm subscribing. It was less "dramatic" than your last one, but so much crisper, cleaner, and easier to understand. Nice work.
I really do respect and appreciate you aimed for an as unbiased as possible, accessible and simple rundown of the timeline.
I love this video a lot! I like how you made two videos, one expanding on more storytelling aspects, and this one on a more linear timeline with clear events. You did an amazing job, and while watching this I can say I have a pretty good understanding of FNAF with the information you presented. Hats off to you, Hyper Droid!
Great vid! I love both this one and the longer full timeline with theories incorporated. It's nice that there are two vids with different perspectives on the same thing!
HUGE ups for premiering your video with proper captions! Most creators don't bother at all and the ones that do mostly half-ass it as an afterthought. Either way, I rarely get to watch any brand new videos since at the very least, I have to wait for the auto-captions to come online. It's really cool that you put the extra thought and effort into making your content accessible right out of the gate 😊
I remember when fnaf first launched…man we’ve come so far I’m happy I was part of the journey
it's almost been 8 Years, damn...
I seriously love the way you explained the timeline, it helped me understand the FNAF lore extremely well
it seems to me that the strength of the spirits depends on how angry they are, charlie would likely have felt betrayed by her father's close friend killing her and cassidy wants to make him suffer
That actually makes sense with the agony from the books. The negative emotions giving power.
Charlie: *outside of the pizzarea*

Loved your last video, felt like a whole movie. But really, this is better. Not only did you clear some misconceptions up, it’s also simpler and gives us a brief but clear idea of what happened. Thank you for actually handling criticism well and improving things here.
I love how Scott decided to make 2014-2016 a puzzle to figure out the storyline because the events take place at different times for which they were made in

Scott Cawthon could literally just pick a timeline at this point lmfao

Why did william kill henry's daughter? It made sense in the original video cause henry didnt let william work with him at the new restaurant but now its just out of nowhere
that's why i specifically said in the beginning im not gonna assume motives because it's a bit confusing
well piecing together what i've seen, doesn't william drive to henry's business in the mini games, and then drive off angrily? i might be remembering wrong, but based on that alone i think it would be safe to say that henry had turned him down on SOMETHING. which made him drive away angrily, plotting his horrible plan to kill his own best friends CHILD.
@@charaprice5317 In the mini game, after going to the jrs location and being turned down, he goes straight home. The mini game is specifically named “later that night” in the files. It happens after William kills Charlie. I honestly think we need to stop looking for motives with William and just accept the guy is insane

Some of you may be asking: "What's the evidence for some of these facts?".
Here:
- Michael having the nightmares was confirmed by the Survival Logbook.
THIS! Everything here sounds like it came straight out of my mouth, there's even more too these pieces of evidence, but if anyone needs evidence for anything else or MORE for this stuff, feel free to DM on Discord or other socials and I'll 100% reply there! UA-cam comments I TRY to reply to.
tysm for explaining the odor thing and giving evidence that part always confused me lol. also, what year/timeframe does sister location take place? would it have to be sometime after 1993 because that’s when peepaw afton got trapped in springbonnie? (i think correct me if i’m wrong lmao)
"Sister Location's place in the timeline was confirmed by Henry's Insanity ending recording, Candy Cadet's stories and the Ultimate Guide Book which confirmed that those things were talking about the remnant of the original children being put in the Funtimes after William destroyed the animatronics."

Part of me wishes it was Evan that tortured William in purgatory instead of Cassie because Evan just makes more sense to me. But regardless, William got what he deserved.
I agree
Not really, William didn't kill Evan, so it doesn't really make sense that Evan would be a vengeful spirit
@@benb4192 I would say he indirectly killed him by creating the Springlock animatronics, not giving a care about Evan, being abusive and aggressive towards Evan, and letting his brother prank, bully, and make fun of him. All of those points were because of William and it led to Evan's death.

Elizabeth dying before crying child afton makes wayyyy more sense. Because he could've witnessed the last second of it and could also be the reason that he sees a stomach mouth inside fredbear.

I feel envy towards Scott, he's the one who actually knows everythinf
He has changed the lore in the past at least once. He has ideas and puts them in place but likely doesn't have a clue about how this is all tied together and going to end.
Hyper Droid: Golden Freddy is a run-down FredBear
Me: I TOLD YOU SO
I believe that in FNAF 4 we're basically playing as Evan and that the nightmare animatronics are hallucinations created by William Afton to prevent Evan from interacting with the real animatronics, after the incident with Elizabeth.
Jeremy is stil alive cuz the phone guy said in night 4. Its great the human body can survive without the frontal lobe (or a half brain)ʕ·ᴥ·ʔ
Did Scott Cawthon have some sort of extremely traumatic experience in a Chuck E. Cheese's type restaurant?
Golden Freddy has two souls in him? Okay now that makes sense. Because I was like
>Why tf is Cassidy possessing him if Michael's little brother is already there?
Far superior to the original video. Good job :D
imo I agreeeeeee

A great condensed version of the FNaF story! One thing that irks me about the theory of Michael working at the Fazbears pizza places, is that why would he work at a place directly linked to his brothers death (twice) and at his fathers company (unsure on their relationship but I don’t think it’s on good grounds seeing as Michael caused the bite)
He wanted to find his dad as seen by the sister location cutscene

This is the most simple timeline I’ve watched! It’s the first video where I’m not absolutely lost
why do you have to jump scare me in the beginning

Good shit man, but I liked the original vid to made. Had a more dramatic feel. It was just a more interesting take on the story as a whole. I know this one is “more accurate” but since I’m not a die hard fan. I prefer the way you did it the first time
His original video was a good story. He did an amazing job with it. But it wasn't the actual timeline for the series which is what it was labeled as.
I'm so glad you explained Lefte because most videos I've seen doesn't explain how Lefte is the Puppet.
although I feel like the hate for the other timeline wasn’t necessary bc as a new fnaf viewer I just wanted to know wtf was going on 💀 I liked this video too! good content :)
as a new fnaf viewer, you obviously don’t know all of the complex lore from the games and the books, so obviously the long cohesive storyline would’ve made sense to you. The reason why the other timeline got hate is because it was inaccurate and didn’t hold up against the lore. It has several inaccuracies and assumptions that were added just to make the story more “cohesive” and dramatic. this video used actual lore to create a timeline.
@@cachew2373 yeah tbh I don’t really care? just wanted to know how the characters were related and what the games were about
@@vipdf That is an okay outlook but parts of the inaccuracies was on where characters were and how they were interacting.

It was a well written one and might arguably be better than the source material but it isn't the true story of the source material.
the jumpscare at 1:50 actually got me lmao
I believe that the MCI happened in early 1983 before FNaF 4 instead of 1985 becouse the MCI victims are along with the BV when he dies
The very first Fazbear Frights book Into The Pit has pretty much revealed that the first Missing Kids Incident occurred in 1985, you have to remember that even though the FF books are from a different alternate timeline to the games, they exist solely to clarify and reveal some missing facts and plotholes relating to the game lore by drawing parallels to each other
@@chaosomega623 I know that the books can be used as evidenece but like in the Fazbear's Fright universe, Freddy Fazbear's Pizza opened in 1981 and in the game's universe it opened in 1983 (we know this from FNaF Help Wanted), also The Silver Eyes book is happening in 1995 and the FNaF 1 Freddy's is still opened but we know from FNaF Special Delivery that the FNaF 1 Freddy's closed in 1993
