At 1:45 Bob pulls the pistol from holster in what appears to be slow motion. I’ve seen him do this on other youtube class videos. In class did he ever explain what he was doing at that moment? Thanks for posting.
Its a somewhat randomized start to the drill, he drops a large die and is looking to see what number which will dictate the target and number of shots to begin on.

It was more of a trick shot challenge between Bob and me than a drill.
