Ya ……. Im a big time cop instructor and gotten my ass smoked by a 16 year old girl …🙄🙄…..😆
Oh for sure …… the competitive civilians are usually by far way way above the average cop for example !!!!! And I suspect the average military infantry man
Finally Frank Proctor back on the scene, One of the best if not the best instructor I coud watch on YT ultra pragmatic real
Thank you for a great episode. I have followed Frank for a long time and learned a lot from his videos. God bless and keep well.
Now do it with regular iron sites without the red dot!
I did for literally decades, so… no.

“Train, Lift, Shoot, This is the Way”
Ahhh I see our conversation on early 2000s music struck a cord. Haha
@@chrisharris6834 it did indeed
I just ordered this. Will take a month to get the gun controller, but I’ll wait. It looks fun and like a great tool.
How do you record with what the red dot sees?
@@bcarveswood you can record in there a couple of different ways. Use the “0” button to pull up the menu, or cast it to your phone and screen capture

@@chrisharris6834 I do indeed speak of he, the hero of Rome
Are you not entertained?!😂
I've been saying this for a long time. Unless you're a high level USPSA shooter, the majority of the people who practice in the sport at a low to mid level (so basically almost everyone) is mostly bullet hosing every other shot. And most cops are not training to even reach A class, they're there to learn and get better, so their heart is in the right place, but the sport itself really does egg you on to bullet hose since being slow is what will give you a bad score. Bullet hosing IS how you slowly get better, but how many people stick with USPSA to the point they rank to the higher classes? Being fast AND accurate is what creates M and GM level shooters. But very few cops, let alone the average dude, is going to shoot at that level. Maybe IDPA does have the more practical pace for gunfighting from the perspective of someone who cares about collateral damage, given how penalized you'll be for hitting outside the vitals.
I don’t think I disagree… I think people really need to reflect on what they actually want out of it. Obviously, that sort of introspection takes a bit of time to develop… I.E. in the beginning so much time is spent developing basics and absorbing the lessons from the instructors. I’d be happy if cops would at least get out, have fun and keep pushing to develop those skills, be it IDPA or USPSA.
That was a fun discussion!!! Look forward to the next time!!
Me too!
Oh yeah!!!! Man some of those entrances 🔥
Awesome video. I have over 100,000 trigger pulls in ACE. I saw a big difference in my shooting when I live fired after using this. It absolutely can and will make you a better shooter if you use it correctly.
Great podcast/interview. It's always the best shooters/instructors that are a bit under the radar in the shooting industry.
This would be great with the Coolfire-Trainer for indoor dryfire practice!
Already have it on notification!!!
Solid video! Things I didn’t think of for sure. Tact snacks 🤯
Pranka talks shit on concealed carry people. He says you are just enthusiasts and shojoin the military or law enforcement if you wanna act badass. He said alot more but his boomer brain doesn't even know how many felonies are stopped by civilians that carry and shoot less than 500 rds a year. We have politicians that think like him and they're anti 2a dems. Fuck this guy
Thank you. I have been looking around to find something to keep my skills up in the cold and indoors, I really thing this would help my kids and me stay proficient. Thanks

Great talk! Thanks for both of you guys for this.
Fantastic content!!!
This was a good listen, so thanks for putting it on. I will specifically take away several things…one is how Robert mentioned trying to be and talk to yourself more positively (around 30:00 mark). Another is to know what you are training for and have quantifiable goals. And third is being able/willing to self-analyze and diagnose your shooting instead of just blasting and not putting thought into what just happened. There were others, but those stuck out to me and will put more effort into them.
"But in fact, he did not burn it down" 🤣🤣🤣 💯

I’m thinking about getting the Vogel Sights on my duty handgun, Gen 5 G19 MOS. What do you think?
when I ran Glocks I used his sights and really liked them
They're my favorite sights on Glocks, I say they're good to go. Forget the naysayers who mention the lack of tritium. For the most part, tritium sights are a cool gimmick, but not a necessity.
@ I plan to go with a tall fiber optic front sight. Tritium only works in total darkness and that environment almost never exists.
