This is the only Smith and Wesson revolver I would ever consider buying. I mainly shoot maxloads which are no no's for Smiths, but to actually carry, this revolver has the looks and everything else I am looking for.
That i why i will use my striker fire s&w 9mm vs my almost $2000 springfield trp operator.....you will not get your firearm back if it is used in home defense.......I live in California......the state is looking for any reason to take your firearms......just dont get a Liberty safe people....boycott them😮

I just realized the .357 can be loaded wayyyy up from the saami mass market spec. Not that it’s a slouch, but some hand loads with this revolver pure 🔥

You need to show the recoil.....i have a 4 inch steel 686 and i cant do follow up shots due to the recoil on my arthritic hands......have them loaded with .38 special wadcuttets🙂
The 686 is nice, I used to have one but got rid of it for a parts-kit for a Browning Hi-Power. Good revolver, though. I'm just not the biggest revolver fan because I'm impatient and not very old-school.
@@joshklaver47 I suppose thats close, but I just love the way the classic m 27 looks and feels... but with 8 shots in a smooth cylinder? I'm in heaven. I know what I advocated for was a 3 inch 8 shot snubby not a 4 inch full size.... but the 27 just handles great when the barrel is slim.

It’s got the round butt, so that helps a lot. That was my hesitation about getting something based on a .44
