Many years ago I had Chelation for Mercury/Heavy metal detox. I had suffered from seasonal bronchitis and respiratory issues for 30 years due to anti biotic use during childhood. Sore throats ect. every winter. I did 7 treatments and later realized one of theside effects was that it cleared up ALL of my respiratory problems and it lasted well over 20 years. I can easily fight flus and colds now with herbs.

As a child in the 1950's I played with Mercury that we got out of glass thermometers that we purposely broke to get that gorgeous silver slippery stuff out to roll around in our hands... It was beautiful! We also used and handled a lot of pure lead fishing weights. In addition to those things we also were exposed to Asbestos. Our house was clad on the outside with some kind of tiles that were made of pressed Asbestos and we played with all the pieces that were left over after the siding was done... It's amazing that I am still alive at age 79 though I have had plenty of health problems over my life. I did have all my toxic fillings removed from my teeth, but I was already in my 50's when I had that done.
@@AKMcCoyInc A team of five Dentists put their heads together to develop a formula for me that had no metal in it for the new fillings. You will stop eating predator fish and even understand how mercury is used to corrupt this society. The corruption is not necessarily conspiratorial. Fluorescent lighting also can make mercury levels higher, fluorescent lighting also can cause mercury to leach out of tattoos & mercury tooth fillings into the blood stream. Electromagnetic radiation from microwaves, wireless devices, cell phones, cell towers, wifi also will do this. Even though leaded gas is no longer used, catalytic converters on vehicles emit heavy metals into the air we breath. Aircraft emits large amounts barium & aluminum into our air. The glyphosates that is added to out store bought food increases heavy metal toxicity. Hair products such as dyes also causes high heavy metal toxicity. It is difficult to find a deodorant that does not have it in it, they are not required to list it & it is often mis-labeled as aluminum free. If you want your heavy metal levels to go down you must avoid those things.

Health spas that have high levels of suphur in the water. New Zealand has them. Many countries do. In NZ you can use the shared swimming pool or have your own room. The water is heated by volcanic activity and rooms have different heat levels. It was very economical.
I used to not be able to handle high sulpur thiol foods like garlic, onions, choclate, coffee, etc. After dosing with molybdenum I have been able to bring them back in to my diet. Dr Ben Lynch says it keeps them from turning in to sulphites.
I have had a big level of tungsten in my body it went over the level they could mesure. I used DMSA and EDTA. Both heavy products. @@-astrangerontheinternet6687 Although not true "heavy metal", check out the album by Pelican called 'What We All Come to Need". My son and I were able to see them at the Baltimore Deathfest in ~2013 and in San Francisco a few months later. I've seen tons of great concerts since the 1960s and these two shows were superb. No vocalist. Bass player front and center, two guitarists on the left and right, and a small drum kit in the back. The albums are not even close to how good they are live.
I'm a fan of nutritional balancing, yes - but people need to do more than support elimination pathways because although the liver can regenerate, the kidneys less so, and they get hammered by heavy metals, particularly cadmium. Sauna should be used to get detox though the skin where possible, and chlorella has been shown to help move elimination to the digestive tract and away from the kidneys.
@@BenMJay First of all, that's not true. Brazil nuts are grown in Brazil, Peru, and Bolivia. Also, that doesn't matter anyway because selenium content in the soil and brazil nut selenium uptake per species varies widely. You seem to think that the rainforest has selenium always everywhere the same amount. The content of selenium in Brazil nuts varies between ~6mcg per 5 grams to 220 mcg per 5 grams, all from "the rain forest," which is actually not one thing, but a bunch of interconnected microclimates with vastly different soil compositions per region. The Eastern Rain forest regions are known for higher selenium content than Western, but there are much smaller geographic variations as well as varietal variations between different types of trees. Simply being "in the rainforest" guarantees nothing at all. If selenium is not in the soil, it won't be in the nuts either. Cancel Reply
You forgot probably one of the worse one gadolinuim, found in mri contrast. I have it and its horrible, my muscles twitch a 1,000 times a day. Ive done about 30 chelation ivs and still havnt healed i suffer everyday and am miserable. 😢
I have it too. My gadolinium level was ~20x higher than the safe amount according to the Mayo Clinic almost a month after my mri. Literally living hell. Caused me brain damage, severe pancreatic insufficiency to the point I couldn’t digest food and liver damage shown in lab work, major bone pain, tinnitus, MCAS, etc. You should join the MRI gadolinium toxicity group if you haven’t already. There’s some helpful info on there and a bit of a support system
There is also a working theory that minerals are out of balance because of heavy metals and this one makes much more sense to me. Deep toxicity will not go away by balancing minerals as the metals are stored deep in the fat and tissues where only very specific chelators can reach. Also, Cutler protocol is old school, there are better modern chelators these days like an NBMI that do not redistribute. They do come with their own issues though. Long story. :-)
That makes more sense to me, as well. Even if we are able replace zinc for cadmium in an enzyme site, would the body be able to excrete the cadmium? Or does it just get stored in the fat tissue. NBMI/OSR could make mineral balancing way more effective.
Habe diesen Kanal grad erst entdeckt und muss sagen , bin wirklich begeistert von soviel Informationen , die ich zuvor in diesen Zusammenhang so noch nie gehört habe . Thank you Felix! You make excellent videos! You are so on point! I have used the chelators for a while but i feel they only made me feel worse. Then I tried to just add minerals and started feeling better. I was optimistic and excited for a while but then I reached a point where I stopped making any noticeable progress and I am still not feeling well. I feel there is something else missing that is limiting my progress
@@kiradelarochefoucauld7499 thank you Felix! I do have thyroid issues and take t3 but after mineralizing and iodine my hypothyroidism symptoms improved so much that I thought I might be able to do without the t3 one day until I hit a rode block.
Chelation almost killed me . I had to go to the hospital because of hypertension and heart palpitations, I was so weak I had to stay in bed for a whole year, it was horrible!!!
I had the same issues with chelation using DMSA and ALA. I just had to slow down. I am still extremely sick but I was extremely sick before chelation. Now I see many symptoms that I had for years (i.e. edema and food sensitivities and allergies) resolve. It makes sense that it makes you worse before it makes you better as you are exposing your body to A LOT of mercury. I have been following the Cuttler protocol for months now and am somewhere around treatment 15. I can finally take 200 mg of DMSA and 200 mg of ALA without pretty much dying. There is definite progress with the chelation but dude is it brutal and an immense amount of suffering. Unfortunately the protocols mentioned here lack supporting evidence. If there is any out there that I have missed, please mention it here.
Look on pubmed. NAC (N-Acetylcysteine) is a good cheap chelating agent. Listen to your body! If you suffer sideeffects during chelation try lowering the dose. Or change the chelation agent. Make breaks to replenish the essential minerals.

Hey Felix, William here. I have worked with trace element labs to do hair testing three different times. This last time while doing research, I found out that they use an inferior form of vitamin B6 which can bind to the receptor sites and can worsen symptoms. “Pyridoxine HCL” is the specific form. What’s your advice on this, if any? Looking for the best company with the BEST supplements.
I took NAC, chlorella & Organic Olivia’s liver juice this morning in hopes to detox from heavy metals but it just made me so depressed, anxious and light headed and I cried at work lolol
what about fasting and using chealating agents wouldnt this get rid of some mitochondrial inefficency increase stem cell activity to repair damage. Would this be abele to fit into a protocol?
I had appointment for edta chelation and vitamin c but havent gone yet. I hear different things about alot junk zeolite. What brands are do u recommend. Ive done charcoal but havent in awhile i heard it can cause bowel blockage. What about c60?
I’ve found personally that it’s best to be super cautious with these protocols and lesser known supplements. I took NAC for a lung issue and it worked brilliantly at first but then I stayed on it too long and found my lungs felt stiffer somehow. Be very careful, we only get one body. Good luck on your journey
IMO DMPS should be avoided. Oral EDTA has been good for me though I never took high doses but smaller doses over time. I did DMSA (2 rounds) which did not cause side effects but not sure how effective it was. Glutathione is a master metal and general detoxifier - aka thiol groups. Glutathione as Liposomal since oral pills will not distribute in the body. Caution should be used with Liposomal Glutathione since it is a powerful detoxifier. Most recommend 1 teaspoon which could be too much and will cause problems. 8 drops under the tongue and move up. Binders are necessary, it is important to vacuum up the toxins otherwise redistribution will occur and that is not good. Felix covers that. Good video btw.
Six years ago I had a hair tissue analysis that showed I had elevated levels of cadmium. I had been eating dark chocolate most daily for a long time up to that.
Do you have optimal values for minerals? Can i eat magnesium and zinc together? (currently i spread it.) My list is long already with Silica, zinc, Magnesium, Opc, Vitamin b1, b12, D daily. Ocacionally q10, gluthation, alpha liphon acid, do you have videos for the relationship and mixing i e taken at the same time?
Suggest you get a comprehensive blood test to check levels of Vit Bs and D because you don't want to overdo it on those. Remember, your liver and kidneys have to process a lot of supplements too so get their functions checked too. D without K2 is not great; use glutathione (LIPOSOMAL is best otherwise it doesn't get easily absorbed via the gut) with Vit C for better absorption, and take it at least 5 X a week, not just occasionally. Use a quality liposomal Vit C if possible, or vit C powder, and make sure it is BUFFERED. You can't overdose on Vit C but too much a the same time gives you a runny tum so divide your dose throughout the day. All these are excellent for Covid, long covid and vax injury too btw.

Does anyone know how to remove antimony from the body? I have been using zeolite, cilantro, chlorella and silica. These remove other metals except antimony. Please🙏
People who have chronic mercury poisoning have most of their mercury stored intracellularly in the organs and brain. Binders work only on the gut and the metals aren't circulating in the blood. Understanding the difference between intracellular and extracellular. Most of the natural chelators like cilantro and chorella will just stir up and redistribute the heavy metals elsewhere causing more damage so that's not a good option for most people. Selenium temporarily binds to mercury making it inert for a short period of time so that isn't going to be helpful long-term. 50% of people who are mercury toxic are sensitive to thiols so things like glutathione, NAC, any food or drink like eggs, coffee, cruciferous vegetables increase thiols circulating and increases the collision frequency with mercury. People who tolerate thiols better don't have much thiols floating around so collision frequency is less. The build up of thiols is usually because mercury interferes with the enzymes in the sulfur amino acid pathways leading to a log jam and increase in cysteine. The more mercury you remove over time, you will become more tolerable to thiols. Unfortunately all this is hard to understand for a common person. Most info on the web is contradicting or harmful about how to safely remove mercury and other heavy metals from your body. Going to a SMART certified IOAMT and having your amalgam fillings safely removed is the best place to start if you have any silver fillings in your mouth.
But cilantro and clorella with some others like selenium + activated charcoal makes it more probable that it will bind with the mercury and be excreted. Also taking NAC. Since you don't provide the alternate solution i guess you don't know what is the alternative to his treatment right?
Felix, is there a difference for the metal gadolinium from MRI contrasts? I’ve heard it is a larger molecule but idk. Would chelation be the only way to remove it?
Eating copious amounts of coriander/cilantro is the most effective and beneficial chelation therapy. Goes down very easy in coconut water smoothie with a little banana and ginger, its delicious.
smoothie is a bad way to consume vegetables. the body needs to process fibers its own way for maximum benefits. smoothies pulverize natural and soluble fibers. just saute or steam veggies until el dente. Or do salads

I think if you have mild symptoms it is great to do these things. Reality is, if you are severely disabled, you need drugs. It will be absolute hell and agony going through the detox and you will have to endure it from 6 moths to a year. It does end though.

Is this not exactly the same for halogens? Most people are iodine deficient and weakly poisoned by the other toxic halogens
I hope he makes a video on this, too.
Suppose yes. At least japanese people live longer, perhaps due to large iodine intake (fish, seafood, kelp, algae). Even though they suffer very much stress though (often 12 hours work per day)
Sulfated polysaccharides from brown seaweeds (Laminaria; Kombu) are excellent binders for removing heavy metals from the GI tract.
What about the blood stream???
@@mistersniffer6838 When you reduce them in one place they diffuse in from elsewhere..
Chelation agents, used only in acute poisoning, are the only agents that work directly in your blood stream.
what about kelp and dulse? alginate
@@mkdivine5690 They have health benefits but IDK about any effect on heavy metals.
Kelp, a general term, encompasses many species, some of them have sulfated polysaccharides. Laminaria (kombu) is referred to as kelp.

Fantastic information and very well explained!. Thank you
Best info on this subject to date. Answered so many questions no one else could answer. Shows human body can heal if given correct resources. Thanks
Yes. Same as The Root Cause Protocol, which I think he mentions here and there.
So useful and interesting, thank you! I'm sucessfully detoxing - slowly. It's great to understand these deeper processes going on.
12:38 "quality sulfur compounds are found in onions garlic and cruciferous vegetables"
Very good advices! But what about the others? I'd be happy to hear about them as well.
Brazil nuts for selenium and oysters for zinc.
Health spas that have high levels of suphur in the water. New Zealand has them. Many countries do. In NZ you can use the shared swimming pool or have your own room. The water is heated by volcanic activity and rooms have different heat levels. It was very economical.
Epson salt is magnesium sulfate
I used to not be able to handle high sulpur thiol foods like garlic, onions, choclate, coffee, etc. After dosing with molybdenum I have been able to bring them back in to my diet. Dr Ben Lynch says it keeps them from turning in to sulphites.
I have had a big level of tungsten in my body it went over the level they could mesure. I used DMSA and EDTA. Both heavy products.
I am a carnivore now and I have enough zink and selenium in my body, but I still use 12,5 mg of iodine which also helps with heavy metals and a great helper for the thioroyd.
Good video, thank you!
What is EDTA And DMSA l? Thankyou .
Glad it worked and I am looking into this .
What type of Iodine are you taking, actually what brand? Thanks!
Brilliant- thorough yet concise and to the point as always. Please never stop making videos! ⭐️

These were the most toxic of metals according to my parents long ago 🤣
so clear; so informative. Good man!
Wow, you said it all, This was what I was looking for, thank you so much!!!
🟠 Hi Felix, can you explain why you do not recommend the Cutler Protocol? It is super important to understand. thank you! 😊
What do you think of Bentonite clay? And do you have a brand name of what you like to detox heavy metals?
Brazil Nuts are a VERY good source of Selenium
Only if selenium is in the soil where they're grown, and the pH of the soil is in the correct range for them to uptake the selenium.
@@tsuobachiBrazil nuts only grow in Brazilian rain forest.

Never heard of NBMI, can yoh elaborate or share a good resource to learn more?
I assume NAC would be a good sulfer source?
Very informative concise and helpful. Thank you.
Thank you so much all your videos are incredible 🙏
Enterosgel is probably the best heavy meatal binder.

Very informative, ty Felix 👌

I had appointment for edta chelation and vitamin c but havent gone yet. I hear different things about alot junk zeolite. What brands are do u recommend. Ive done charcoal but havent in awhile i heard it can cause bowel blockage. What about c60?
I’ve found personally that it’s best to be super cautious with these protocols and lesser known supplements. I took NAC for a lung issue and it worked brilliantly at first but then I stayed on it too long and found my lungs felt stiffer somehow. Be very careful, we only get one body. Good luck on your journey
I've heard the c60 accumulates, but I'm no scientist.
Intelligent approach, and info...thank you!
What is EDTA?
Excellent presentation!
Great video, thank you.
Felix, you give very helpful information. Thank you.
Six years ago I had a hair tissue analysis that showed I had elevated levels of cadmium. I had been eating dark chocolate most daily for a long time up to that.
Do you have optimal values for minerals? Can i eat magnesium and zinc together? (currently i spread it.)

get niacin k2 and nac

How to know if your detox pathways are blocked?
Are you refering to liver stones physically blocking the billary ducts or mold toxins blocking the gsh enzyme that leads to making glutathione- (Ben Lynch biochem charts) or are you talking about a lack of selenium-(be careful) it activates glutathione. I use 1/3 capsule.
Oh.. once bile is passed out of the liver it can be absorbed so that's why he recommends binders.

I was having shooting electrical type pains in my legs and foot as a 45 year old this went on for a couple years, I had bad teeth, full of mercury, I though I was getting MS, then went to a dentist in mexico that does chelation... I didn't do anything of a 'whole protocol" other then get some IV infusion done a couple times, I didn't even eat healthy before the treatment. I got huge swollen glands in the back of my head during that time... that went away and after that I never had those shooting electric pains again.

Your video is being blocked from the watch later list. Why is that?
Felix, is there a difference for the metal gadolinium from MRI contrasts? I’ve heard it is a larger molecule but idk. Would chelation be the only way to remove it?
What do you think about andy cutler protocol?
Ala etc?
And for its important to remove amalgam ?or not ?

Eating copious amounts of coriander/cilantro is the most effective and beneficial chelation therapy. Goes down very easy in coconut water smoothie with a little banana and ginger, its delicious.
Andre Cutler said otherwise
smoothie is a bad way to consume vegetables. the body needs to process fibers its own way for maximum benefits. smoothies pulverize natural and soluble fibers.
just saute or steam veggies until el dente. Or do salads
Cilantro does work for the brain
Combine it with Chlorella, pure Silica (the white powder), NAC, normal low dose Selenium/Zinc/Iodine and Sauna
