I’ve been on 6 months of lead and arsenic detox. Slow method with natural supplement support. I was raised on a farm with old farmhouse-old paint, around pesticides etc (in the 50’s and 60’s. (I’m 74 yo) plus normal living in this toxic environment. My anxiety is way down snd I sleep much better. I’ve been keto with emphasis on animal products for many years so symptoms were tamped down.

Moving to LA / SUSHI / VEGETARIAN Really FCCKD me up. A cat scan revealed my brain showed slight shrinkage around the perimeter indicative of old age or severe malnourishment of a handful of nutrients. I was 28. Moved to LA at 19. Now I’m in Texas driving to local farms. It’s a joyride. Side note I did not party in LA. I was in the gym and sleeping 8 hours. I know the LA culture towards diet damaged me almost irreversibly. I think soon with this diet and raw milk and how great I’m feeling I might be able to get off the anti depressants I was prescribed after the cat scan.

Why would a female professional get implants to begin with??
If you're getting implants and going so extreme with diets that you're reduced to eating just eggs, or two types of vegetables, or getting obsessed with your calorie counting, at 18 yrs old, its a mental health issue. Not a physical one.
And before anyone comes at me, I'm a female. And a professional. And it just makes me sad to hear conversations like this. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Imagine you living in a cave 500.000 years ago and walking around searching for you breakfast. Imagine a week, a month, and you doing the same. So now you can simulate what would be a good diet for a human being.

I think it’s more to do with surfing. Surfers all look like that. The salt water (and sun) can be pretty punishing esp 3hous/day.. also crazy shit happens like the inside of their ears start to close up… I know sounds crazy but is legit. Maybe some evolutionary thing to stop water entering ear canal.. not sure but it’s crazy shit!
