Hi Dr. Hyman : there was an article in The New York Times today (Sept 19 2024) written by an intensive/ pulmonary doc on how chronic invisible low grade inflammation maybe the driver of most of our chronic illnesses. BUT he fails to link this ( unfortunately ) to our toxic food system(sigh) .The answer ,of course , is new anti inflammatory DRUGS.
It's up to US to become educated and find alternative foods, nothing much we can do about the sky. There are SOLUTIONS available to avoid toxic poisoning, and and ww ARE moving into a solution based economy, so I'm looking forward to our conscious evolution ☘️
Generation X 1971 representing: somehow through all of my relationship break ups I developed the phrase, “the best cure for dead dog is a new puppy“ I’m sure it’s somewhat similar to what he’s talking about here. Peace out. Alex Vasquez
