Using a ps4 controller could be good for some vr games. I feel like the walls in the pacman game could be transparent so you can see where the ghosts are.
I didn’t even think of using an external controller! That’s a great idea. I don’t have any PlayStation controllers but I think there’s a plugin by Xerpi that lets you use Wii remotes with the Vita. And transparent walls are a neat idea too, it’d probably make the game more enjoyable since you wouldn’t have to keeping looking at a tiny minimap in the corner of your vision :)
Really cool seeing you experimenting with old consoles and devices, makes for some great videos! And whoa is it me or did your video production go up like 5 levels!?
Looking forward for the downloads ;) Both games look great, and a video too. Wasn't expecting you are going to program something this impressive. Also love the homemade headset :D
Please make more content like this, and the video where you ported your game to several platforms. I've been having a nice morning of watching your videos, and I hope your channel gains more recognition in the near future!
Man I love your style of video making! And this video was great! I've picked up unity after some time and now I want to try to make a vita version of my test projects to see how it works, great video!

That's insane, man! You definitely should make more VR games for Vita.
This is the kind of VR people play at a mall kiosk and then act like they know all the capabilities VR has and declares it a fun toy instead of a (literally) game changing piece of hardware.
@@edrichlouw1790 you should try some of the more well crafted vr games before making such a judgement. boneworks, half life alyx, budget cuts, and until you fall are all fantastic complete video game experiences and would not work in a medium that isn't vr. hell, i've played vr conversion mods for games that normally aren't vr, and they all played extremely well and let me get even more value out of games i've already had hundreds of hours in. i understand that the price point is a barrier to entry (especially with how the pc market is currently) and vr isn't very beginner friendly especially if you only game casually, but you should know (coming from someone whos currently getting a degree in game design) that the literal extra dimension of interactivity offered by virtual reality has only had its surface scratched when it comes to formulating new and subverting old gameplay tropes and expectations.
i remember hearing about this but didn't know you had a youtube channel, great job i honestly want to see some games for vr on the ps vita and a ps4/ps3 controller would make it so much better.
@@PolyMars Great, also if possible please continue club penguin mini games, i have tried doing them myself (in 3d) and have no idea how to do pizzatron
I am so interested in the code I just got into this genre on UA-cam starting with badgamedev then found you I'm loving it I've always been interested in game development but have always been intimidated I played around with unity a while back but the code was daunting but now because of you and others like you on UA-cam I think I'm gonna try talking it again thanks for your content
if you hacked your vita you can enable bluetooth connection to a PS4 controller or any bluetooth controller, technically meaning you can use a controller with the vr headset, technically making it a PSVR also, this channel is so good. i cant wait to see you blast off man! i can garuntee that you will atleast have 135k subs by the end of 2020. def notif gang on this one, you've earned it, king👑👑
Amazing video! The quality of the content, as well as the impressive coding is very good! I love how you made an actual game, as opposed to just a small test. :)
If you could you could do this with the switch, that way you can have wireless controllers and that would open up a hole new world of VR games you could make! (also love the content, keep doing what you do!)
What is this incredible quality? So much effort and still so little recognition? You know where i'm going with this comment. Def notif gang

This is incredible. And the video was fun to watch too. Big thumbs up 👍🏽
Hahaha this is so sick! Love the animated intro
thanks! you can’t tell since it’s in first person but, according to the official canon, the player in the VR shooter game is a duck with a gun

This is the kind of VR people play at a mall kiosk and then act like they know all the capabilities VR has and declares it a fun toy instead of a (literally) game changing piece of hardware.
hahahahahahahaha
A screen and controller is, was and probably always will be the optimal gaming experience. Vr is just a fun toy.
