Lyserg1260 I’ve seen a lot of horror games. This one still remains the scariest bc of the atmosphere and tension it creates. The more you go into it, the more you’re unsettled and horrified bc of the violent and disturbing things you hear like the children being trapped in a bloody fridge. Yeah it’s scary tf

Shesez at 5:23 - “During this scene we can manipulate the camera and get a much better look at Lisa!” Me: “Yes thank-you, but why would anyone want that?”
7:30 that "unused row of eyeballs" is a common tactic in game development where objects are placed outside of the map and then "called" into whatever object they are needed in. It's often used for cutscenes or objects that only show up for a short while, in this case it was probably to simplify the processing power by having a few distinct eyeballs with their frame synced together, than to have dozens of individual frames running separately.
You didn't mention the part where after the second loop or so that Lisa is always directly behind the player and can only be seen by modifying the camera.
I think he might of purposefully left that out as he wants to help encourage people to watch Lance's videos. Lance was kind enough to let Shesez have the footage for this. It seems only kind enough that Lance gets to keep one of his biggest discoveries that put him in the spotlight for himself.

i saw the ""town"" in another video and its amazing how detailed it is considering you only get to see it for a few second in a cinematic, i wouldnt have expected it to be there at all.
An interesting thing happened to me very late at night on the day before New Year Eve. For a few weeks/months my PS4 had problems and was constantly need to be reset, at first I planned to hook up one of my old back-up hard-drives to my PS4 so if the issue happened again everything would be installed on the Back-up so I didn't have to reinstall anything. So I grabbed one of my old hard-drive that was just sitting around gathering dust and before putting it in my PS4 I plugged it in my PC to see what was on it. However, the hard-drive wasn't being read and at first, I thought it was broken, but instead of throwing it away I decided to plug it into my PS4 to see if the PS4 can read. Turns out it did and I was shocked to see that the reason why my PC couldn't read the Hard-Drive was that the Hard-Drive was already formatted to the PS4 and stored on it was a fully playable copy of P.T. I thought I lost P.T. forever when my PS4 had an issue once that lead me to do a reset it (Removing P.T.), but I must have completely forgotten about that I back-up P.T. when the announcement came that Konami will completely prevent users from redownloading P.T. So after so many years assuming I would never be able to play P.T. again I spent the last few minutes of Dec 30th to the first few minutes Dec 31st (New Year's Eve) playing and completing P.T. and seeing that ending trailer.
Death Stranding in turn has some very similar building assets like seen at the end of the P.T. demo. I don't know if they are identical or the same assets (I doubt Konami would've let them take and use anything, unless those assets were outsourced - which I doubt given the high production value of P.T.) but they look very similar.
I hope people can appreciate how much work goes in to making these. It's not like just activating console commands in a Fallout game and turning on the free-roaming camera. Wow. I remember playing PT when it first came out. My room mate at the time was too scared to do it himself so he made me play it while he just watched. But some how this video was much creepier than when I played it, especially the part falling through the map.
Two things 1: I think the eyeballs outside the map are the animated textures and all the picture frames are projections of them, a la HL2. 2: I’m pretty sure those Port A Potties were the same ones in MGSV at a lower LOD
I'm so glad this might get some people to watch gameplay of PT. The game was released in 2014 and I've still yet to see a horror game come close to this level of scariness.
If you happened to sign up for the Dreams Early Access a few months ago, someone made a great recreation of the PT Demo in Dreams. I never got the chance to play the original demo so it was a nice alternative.
When you took the camera and showed that all that exists is the hallway and there's nothing outside, I got 1408 vibes. Because that's also a room completely isolated in the void

P.T. will forever be the most photorealistic video game in my eyes. It's fucking perfect.
Konami: Wait that’s illegal.
I’ve been totally obsessed with P.T. since it first came out and this is the content I’ve been craving. That shot of her in the balcony fucked me up!! Thank you for this.
3:48 lisa scared tf out of me, im not gonna fish this lol
Very informative! I always look forward to anything you put out. The community appreciates your efforts!
Everything is damn scary, even what it isn't supposed to be seen.
Wow. I remember playing PT when it first came out. My room mate at the time was too scared to do it himself so he made me play it while he just watched. But some how this video was much creepier than when I played it, especially the part falling through the map.
This one gonna go trending
Two things
1: I think the eyeballs outside the map are the animated textures and all the picture frames are projections of them, a la HL2.
2: I’m pretty sure those Port A Potties were the same ones in MGSV at a lower LOD
This would have been such a great game...such a shame...hopefully we'll get it someday.
LOVE the Mad Monster Mansion intro, love Banjo Kazooie and love Boundary Break
6:23 - new nightmare fuel, thanks
P.T has been out for 6 years it is great that your returning to this as this was a great Playable Teaser
6:20 me when I ask my mom how do I look before going out
I'm so glad this might get some people to watch gameplay of PT. The game was released in 2014 and I've still yet to see a horror game come close to this level of scariness.
The Lisa part where she catches you out of boundaries gave me a near heart attack
hugo casualgamer I nearly fucking peed. 😅
hugo casualgamer same i wasn’t expect that shit to happen
Sheer heart attack
There wasnt even a sound of jumpscare. hes even explaining whats about to happen still got scared
@@tomvlogs8463 is that a mf jojo reference?
It's kind of weird, seeing Norman Reedus without his BB.
Fun to see you two collab, Lance has a lot of awesome videos on the Souls Series (Dark Souls 1, 2, 3, Bloodborne and Sekiro!
If you happened to sign up for the Dreams Early Access a few months ago, someone made a great recreation of the PT Demo in Dreams. I never got the chance to play the original demo so it was a nice alternative.
Every few years I remember this game again, and then I cry because it’s cancelled.
If you're having trouble finding funds to pay your editors with 700k subs and decent patreon donations, you should considering finding sponsors.
When you took the camera and showed that all that exists is the hallway and there's nothing outside, I got 1408 vibes. Because that's also a room completely isolated in the void
Wait, there's a bridge outside?? Sam Porter Bridges has been walking around the area

Alien: "No. The killbot queen was damaged beyond repair. However, we found a command signal in her neural network, and transmitted it through all the killbots in the galaxy."
Human: "What was the command?"
Alien: " *'Come forth.'*
Human: "...I have a theory why you lost the war."

@@RageUnchained Thanx, this community is very nice. Iv been binging vids.
@@magnuserror9305 they are addictive ain't they?
Something very satisfying about demystifying a horror game by just stepping back and looking at it from a safe distance and better clear visuals.
What’s the song that’s playing at 6:44
This is the only game I've ever played that *genuinely* scared the hell out of me. This was not a horror game. This was a *terror* game.
Jumpscares are a dime a dozen (and quite boring to be honest), but it takes a true artist to be able to inspire a feeling of terror in their audience.
It's certainly a bittersweet feeling to know that this game doesn't exist anymore.
