KYG Yoga Shorts - Behind the Scenes with Sunder & Maya Iyer

This is a short video that show cases all the incredible behind the scenes work at Kaivalya Yoga Gurkulam by the founders - Sunder & Maya Iyer. The founders have basically converted their entire basement into a full fledged yoga studio with state of the art equipment. Through their basement studio, free Yoga programs taught by Sunder Iyer are broadcasted LIVE via their UA-cam Channel (KYG Yoga).
KYG has been in inception since 2015 and all programs are offered completely free of cost (with no ads). Their UA-cam channel (KYG Yoga) offers free basic, intermediate and advanced hatha yoga classes, along with many other spiritual programs. KYG's classes helped me and 1000's from around the world to work towards enhanced physical & mental health.
