I have a few suggestions: 1, make sure that the usb type c cable is at least 100w and it’s the only cable plugged into the powerbank to either charge the powerbank or charge your legion go. 2, use the included usb cable that comes with the powerbank or three, which it’s not even necessary, get a 240w 40gbps type c cable. One of my 100w cable would not work on this powerbank maybe because it doesn’t have pd 3.1 but other cables work well with it. Just try different ones but remember, if you’re gonna charge this powerbank make sure no device is plugged into it and when your charging the battery on your legion go, use the 100w type c port and it should be the only device connected to it or it won’t work.
I bought a Lenovo Legion Go but I have the problem that it only charges from the USB C port below, the USB C port above does not work, do you know why?
I’m not sure. It seems that a few people being having the same issues lately with theirs. It sounds like a power cycle issue with Lenovo products. Try this: turn off your legion go and press the power button for 30 seconds, your legion go will turn on and off several times but keep it for 30 seconds, then when it is off you release it and turn it on normally. If that doesn’t work, try to do a hard reset and start over or third, return it to the store and get a new one.
Sir , i have same issue cant charging from above while lenovo turn on ? Also charging stopp when the battery around 78 %, but when i turn off its charging from above normally?? Please advice
