Nice vid bro! I have a problem and need a bit of help. I gained 5 kgs in 3 weeks(i tryed to dirty bulk) and when i pinch my skin on stomach and chest its pretty hard and painfull a bit. Is that water weight or fat and is it even worth it to continue bulking now or try and do a mini cut. Im 16 yrs old btw and 177 cms and on 60 kgs
Most likely a lot of it is fat, but some water weight to. Think about researching and taking choices as such seriously next time. I suggest invest in a coach and start eating balanced, NOT looking for a way to eat as much junk food as possible... fix your food relationship
