These techniques are underpinned by the science of Dr. Stephen M Levin (MD) and the Biotensegrity principle.
These ancient techniques are now making a re-emergence and are now going under scientific validation such as the techniques of Wim Hof, and the wimhofmethod. Showing how ancient therapy and understanding of the body can help us in modern times.

Im very intrested to know more abiut the course but when i went to the website, it wasnt clear how i can take the course online, i live in quebec canada, so traveling ti europe at the moment is out of question for me, so if you can sir simplify some questiins for me this would be great, great ancient art and a great video, thank yiu sir in advance
