Great to hear that you and your family are safe and sound. So much damage to the properties around the area, hoping that you and your family continue to be safe.

Born and raised in the Venice/Santa Monica area and I now live in New Orleans, LA! The Santa Ana winds are no joke - To hear winds were 80 to 100 miles per hour - WOW - Sounds like hurricane level winds - Scary! Thank goodness you, Maureen, and those precious pups are all okay - Please stay safe!
Great to know you, Maureen and your dogs are okay. Being a Southern Californian for a majority of my life, I am overwhelmed by this absolute horror show for you all and thousands of others. The devastation is hard to imagine. Got a call from Jan and Muffie over the weekend. They conveyed the scope of this tragedy, which was horrible to hear. At the same time they were both upbeat (as much as they could be) and we did have a few laughs in spite of their difficult situation. Wishing you and family the best in your recovery. Though I have been in Texas for the past 25 years, if I can help in any way from out here please let me know. All the best...
So glad to hear you and your wife and pups are ok! Can’t believe LA County has been through such a horrible tragedy- and is still enduring it! Yes, as someone previously said…. there are too many wackos, devoid of empathy- who are saying federal aid should have ‘ strings’ attached!’ Who the hell says that!! They should be banished!
So glad to hear you and yours are safe, Lee. Very sorry for all who have lost during this tragedy and many accolades to all the emergency workers out there.
