I'm with Vic on this one. Yes, they're stock fills and technically easy but there's something about Daniel's execution of them that stands out above others. Feel isn't easy.

I saw them on this tour and talked to Daniel and he was just so down to earth and humble 😎👍 I am a drummer myself and he is one of my favorites. Every song he played was tight and controlled and he looked like he was chillin while killing it 😎🤘🔥 dead inside, angel claw, nemisis...didn't matter he was calm and on point 👏🤯

Somebody buy this drum tech a steak dinner. Kit sounds damn good. You can tell the heads are well tuned due to how they bounce and move when struck. Toms sound lively and kicks deep and pissed off. Great job.
Yeah. Especially considering it was a loaner kit and the tech had just a few hours max to fiddle around with it.
That explains why the snare sounds like ass compared to other Arch Enemy live videos.

If I've said it once I'll say it 1000 times Daniel is one of not the cleanest drummer there is , every beat is on point, his bass licks are hard and his symbols are perfect, not biased just another drummers opinion is all.
He is one of my favorite, he is in my fav drummers list (with Lombardo, McBrain, Portnay and Verbeuren)

Which cameras are used to film this? Are they all GoPros? Awesome video and audio quality.
I use action camera type cameras and also dslr when I can. Sound source varies but for this one it's recorded with Zoom Q8 with its own mic + line-in recording of Daniel's monitor mix.
Sometimes audio can be my mic only and sometimes it's from multitrack from band. No matter the source I'll add my own touch in mixing and mastering.
Some have complained that in some videos the band should be more audible. There is a couple of points in that. These are drumcam videos so drums should be loud. And keeping the band level down ensures the videos also comply with copyrights/labels/etc.
He's a very fluid drummer with drive and his kit sound really complements his style

New drumkit? I saw them at fryshuset in Stockholm in febrary, back then he used a bigger drumkit that was white
This one was rental kit provided by the festival. It as so called "fly-in" show for the band and they didn't have own gear with them. The crystal beat kit would look amazing on video. Maybe next time.
