As a retired RN working in critical care units, I can tell you that this test for ABG's is painful. Drawing blood from a vein is not too bad if the right person is really good at doing it, but I never had a single patient who did not winch heartly at drawing ABGs. After all these years, I wish there was a better way besides an ART line because those lines are not used for common everyday specimens. I, myself would never have this done on me! Call me a baby if you want.
Quick question when you're entering in your continuing education credits and it's half an hour I'm noticing it shows up as 0 on the board website... how do I get credit for my works?
