Muriel Szabo girl if you hate it you can twist it and pin it to the side. that's what I do right now as I'm growing it out. I love bangs for a nice change every now and then. and bangs grow so fast, at least it always seems like it haha

How do these girls that do hair tutorials curl their hair and then brush it afterwards? Every time I try that my curls/hair turns into a huge nappy mess and it isn't cute. >.< Anyone know what kinda brush she is using?
Mandi Boo She most likely has very fine hair, but thick hair is a lot more susceptible to frizz. I have naturally thick and dry hair so instead of brushing my curls (no fucking way for me that would look like a big frizz ball haha) I run my fingers thru my curls, pull my curls a bit, and don't apply too much heat or pressure while your hair is on the iron so the curl doesn't hold as well (giving it a more relaxed or wavy look).
Mandi Boo make sure your hair is cool before you brush it. if it's hot or warm you'll brush the curl out
Mandi Boo Try just brushing through your hair with your fingers. I have hair that naturally looks like messy curly waves and if I want to make curls look less bunched up, I do finger brushing.

This is one of your best videos ever!!! I love that you managed these styles without too much teasing. Your hair still looks style-accurate without having that rough, over-processed texture that a lot of fashionable 60's ladies had. (Which, albeit, helped them rough up their strands, so no shade intended there.) I'm definitely doing these!
Wish there was a love button on UA-cam. Your hair is EXACTLY what I want my hair to look like. I'm lucky that I have thick hair so I don't have to use extensions but I had it cut short for some odd reason and now I'm growing it out..

I often do the last hairstyle when I curl my hair because it allows me to have a voluminous kind of messy bun . It seems intricate to do but it's soooooo easy and pretty !

Hi Loepsie! Longtime viewer, first time commenter. I have no idea when I first saw this video, but it wriggled its way deep into my subconscious and really kept me wanting bangs for a looong time. Brigitte Bardot and other 60s icons like Jane Birkin, Marianne Faithfull, Francoise Hardy, Jean Shrimpton, Pattie Boyd, Jane Asher, etc., etc., etc. have always been massive hair goals and inspiration for me for years, and seeing this video really made me realize how easy it would be to recreate these really beautiful hair looks, and your hair and Beauty Beacons videos really motivated me, so I finally bit the bullet and cut my bangs and I could not be happier, so thank you for this!! I love all your videos and hope you have even more success in the future!
