    I became heavily addicted to this sauce while in Thailand. This recipe is pretty close, but I think they have different limes and garlic in Thailand. Fish sauce also varies in flavor from brand to brand, so making a perfect sauce will take dozens of attempts. This is still amazing though. How have I lived my life without this

    I love Green sauce, now I know I used Thai Basil instead of Parsely, no wonder mine is quick dark in colour , not green !!

    What if i dont have palm sugar can I use a regular white sugar instead?

  • @fredng5903

    Hi, may i check for your palm sugar, it’s seem to be in liquid form already. How much water did u add into 3 tbsp of palm sugar?

    • @yoyominthaikitchen590
      @yoyominthaikitchen590  2 роки тому +1

      Hi there Fred. Meaning u have solid palm sugar correct? If yes then just use hot water to slowly dissolve it and gradually add it in. Taste and see if you like the level of sweetness.
      I can't tell u exactly the water measurement. So just add water to the solid sugar, dissolve, add and taste. 😇😇 hope this helps

      @@vivianyeong5297 It is best to enjoy them freshly made 🤗🤗 I don't recommend keeping leftover sauce in the fridge. It's best to make and enjoy right away.
      If u really want to keep it for longer, you can portion out the sauce, and use Ziplock/Seal bag for the freezer !
      ( It lasts quite long in the freezer )
      When you're ready to use it, Just remove it from the freezer and place it in a bowl of room temp water to defrost and it's ready 😋
