Very important and nice talk. I am undiagnosed as neuro-divergent, I have a friend with Asperger's and a 'spiritual mentor' with Dyspraxia. I don't have 'meltdowns'. So I am not sure what people are talking about? My issues are basically all socialization and emotional repression issues. I also have cerebral palsy too. Since I understood my brain wants to work in a different way to ordinary peoples brains it has helped me loads. I feel my brain is less sad and working how it was meant to work, I am less angry and moody as a result. I neuro-divergence could be linked to my being born two months premature and having brain damage too. I am 29, male, live in Cumbria.

Its very sad what happened to you at the hospital. The same thing happened to me for years with my cerebral palsy, so I never understand it. I have a great private therapist, who has helped me massively too and all the financial-legal support I need. I also have a chiropractor and a private physio. However it took me 28 years to get these things I needed. Which had really damaging effects on my emotionally and socially. So really bad stuff happened which was unfair on me and I never had anyone to talk with about it. Its nice hearing other people with similar experiences.
